Secret Service puts 3 on leave over gate crashing

WASHINGTON (AP) - The head of the Secret Service asserted Thursday that the security breach at last week's White House state dinner was an aberration but has put three uniformed officers on leave. President Barack Obama says his confidence in the agency remains unshaken.

This is the uniformed division of the Secret Service, not the Foster-Grants-and-Earpiece Secret Service.

Hey, they let someone inside that wasn’t on the list. A bouncer in front of an LA night club who lets in someone who isn’t on the list will get canned. Same should go for the guards at the White House gate.

Desiree Rogers still has her job because Valerie Jarrett has her back. Val-gal is Obama’s right hand...(but her arms just aren’t toned...like you-know-who).

The “right” hand needs more than a slap on the knuckles for this fiasco. Jarrett enables Rogers who, apparently, feels she should attend functions (in really, really odd gowns...maybe Michelle the Fashionista told her “its the latest...”) Instead of work at them and actually do her job.

That Secret Service agents are being reprimanded is a disgrace. Three lose their careers to cover for the ineptitude and sense of entitlement of a Chi-Town “socialite.”

And that, I can’t imagine will play well with the RayBans and earpeice set.

If it can be established through said Salahi's beyond a reasonable doubt that very higher-ups in the White House (uh, one of our "critical federal infrastructures to be protected") did something wrong on Gate-Crash/SS-Blame, and are making others suffer and fall on their swords, then I would say, threaten the Salahi's, in separate rooms, with hard time up to six months as called for by the D.C. criminal code, but offer to cut a deal (immunity from prosecution) in exchange for cooperation in naming the White House officials involved in their escapade--even if it goes all the way up to Michelle Obama. Every person has their price. Oh sure, those two interlopers may love the Obama's or even donated to their campaign and have all those tony D.C/Georgetown connections, but that love will stop believe me with either facing the prospect of a jail facility in Washington, D.C.

Wonder if the HSC is being pressured to prevent Tareq and Michaele Salahi from testifying. The committee didn't vote on the subpoena. What would the Salahi's say, that their impression was to get the Obama's exposure on a reality tv show? That wouldn't look very good.

Leaders of the House Homeland Security Committee have signaled they are willing to subpoena the couple and at least one White House official, but did not move forward with an official vote Thursday morning.

If I know the way it is supposed to work, against the backdrop of an ethical system which is morally bankrupt at it's core, and the only sole driving principle of the Obama Administration and staffers is the seizure, accumulation and protection of PERSONAL POWER AND PRIVILEGE, you can be sure it will not be too long--if this is D.C.--that they get the *goods", some "dirt" on one or several Homeland Security issue-related Congressmen on The Hill digging into this scandal, a scandal which is international in dimension and that could easily lead right to Barack and Michelle Obama themselves, if not their senior aides. The Obama's have oversight of both the FBI and the IRS now. They can make life painful for anybody suggesting transparency and accountability through Congressional hearings on this Gate Crash/BRAVO-TV fiasco. That is why I appended the "Clear and President Danger" audio clip to show how this works. In this case, three Secret Service men are without jobs. That might mean in some were kids dont get Christmas presents this year and Daddy will have a helluva time getting another job--while the BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE go scott free.

I have seen it time and again, up close, and it turns my stomach!
