Why does Orly Taitz have to fight this battle alone?
The Republican "leadership" should be right there with her.
Why should we salute a man who doesn't have the right to be in the office?

Nothing about jail time for failure to pay her fine?
She really ought to pencil that in.

Is this the Dr. Jonathan Harris Levy, that Dr. Taitz will be working with?
I believe so. He went to the same law school she did.
From the main article: 1. On Monday 2 Appellate briefs are going to the 11th circuit court of appeals in GA on 2 cases I handled there
Well, that's going to be interesting.
First, one of the appeals - Cook v. Good - was already dismissed by the 11th Circuit (for failure to file required papers on time). She must be planning on filing a motion for reconsideration in that case if she's filing a brief in "2 cases."
Second, her attorney just received an extension of time on her Rhodes v. McDonald sanctions appeal brief - it's not due until Dec. 14th.
So what she plans to file today is a bit of a mystery. I guess we'll know in a few hours.
