Sestak feels chill from protesters
Delaware County Daily Times ^ | 12/6/09

Clutching signs, banners and flags, a group of 15 stood along Baltimore Pike near Route 252 Saturday afternoon despite a chilly mix of snow and rain to oppose governmental intrusion and spending.

It all began in balmier times as Debbie Hughes of Media started a two-person campaign in front of the Media office of U.S. Rep. Joseph Sestak, D-7, of Edgmont, back in August.

“We’re really hoping to make a difference and really wake up the area,” she said this weekend, grasping a cup of Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. “People are just tired of all the special interests taking over the country.”

Shortly after beginning her weekly demonstrations, Hughes met with other like-minded individuals with the Delaware County Patriots at the Media Inn. They moved to Baltimore Pike because of its higher traffic.

“Our group has grown from 16 to over 200 on our mailing list in three months,” Mary Ellen Jones of Havertown said.

What is great about this article is not in the on-line story.

The dead tree version's subhead was "Delaware County Patriots brave elements to voice its opposition to government intrusion, health care reform."

Now, the Times is not the most liberal paper in the state but it endorsed 0 and still leans pretty hard to the left.

And let’s remember that the only reason this scumbag is in office is because the DNC leveled charges against Weldon right before the last election.

Typical Dem POS.

Weldon was robbed! And so was our country. He was a true patriot and warned about Clinton’s sell-out to China and North Korea’s missiles. He was right on all counts.

Weldon also exposed that 9/11 conspriracy where supposedly intelligence people tried to warn anout 9/11 and atta. I forget the details. He was an enemy of the (police) state and a patriot.

For too long the Liberal/democrats have framed the debate
with the idea that evil lobbyests are the puppets of
big business when in reality THEY are the manipulators
of the so called NGO lobby, the enviro/socialist/climate
groups founded and funded by liberal democrats, who
pressure government (liberal democrats) to do their bidding.

Just shills for the liberal/democrat hucksters, they
gather in voters who don’t question their antecedents
and believe they are just “regular” folks, all working
for the “common” good. Never realizing how they are being
manipulated.

Just as with Acorn, I would love to see Peta, Greenpeace,
HSUSA, SPLC, and others investigated under RICO statutes,
the connections would be stunning!
Talk about insider E-mails!!

Able-Danger was started under Clinton in 1997/8, and was identifying Al Qaida operatives around the world. Go check out that time-line link.

Sestak was fired reassigned the day Mike Mullen took over as CNO; he stepped down from Vice Admiral to Rear Admiral and retired. The Democrats (and the entrenched maggots in the bureaucracy) wanted to kill off A-D and Weldon - Sestak was bought and paid for to do that.

I didn't always agree with Weldon, but I never believed he was crooked. We lost a decent legislator with his loss.
