Bottom line: It appears as though Barack Obama is an educated fool, an individual who has a high IQ, but almost no practical intelligence.
So, what exactly is his IQ? How do we know it’s so high?

A slip of the brain caused me to post half of a statement as reply 11, noting that many bad character traits can be tolerated in leaders, but cowardice is one that can’t, and Obama seems to suffer from an odd cowardice.

He needs — not wants, needs — adulation, and therefore has to tell everyone whatever he thinks his audience of the moment wants to hear. Most politicians do this to some extent out of hubris, but Obama needs to do it.

BHO and Company are doing or have done a “fine” job of creating chaos and destroying the US economy using Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Revolutionaries. They needed to be clever, but not necessarily courageous, to accomplish this. The trouble is, they’ll have to be brilliant and courageous to build something useful from the rubble they’ve created. They may have the brains among them, but I don’t think their figurehead has the necessary courage.

I don’t remember what they were all saying it was now. It was like 180 someting. Like you said though, it doesn’t mean anything because he’s an educated idiot who hasn’t done jack.

I’d be willing to bet good money W. had a higher SAT score than Barry. Remember how long it took to find out W. had not only better grades than Kerry but also scored higher on the officer candidate test?

180 would be very high indeed. However, I do not remember ever seeing a source for claims regarding his supposedly stellar IQ. Alternatively, his SAT scores would be interesting, as these are highly IQ-correlated. Do we have those?

He needs — not wants, needs — adulation, and therefore has to tell everyone whatever he thinks his audience of the moment wants to hear

From the White House Press feed last night... I, I, I, me, my, I ...

There were some unexpectedly poignant moments. Most notable came during POTUS's tribute to Dave Brubeck.

"In the few weeks that I spent with my father as a child -- he came to visit me for about a month when I was young -- one of the things he did was to take me to my first jazz concert, in Honolulu, Hawaii, in 1971. And it was a Dave Brubeck concert. The world he opened up to a ten year old boy was spectacular."

There were also some unscripted moments with Mel Brooks, as when VPOTUS was announced and Mel Brooks shouted, "Wow!"

POTUS used a number of Brooks's best lines to get laughs. "We're reading back all your golden moments," POTUS said. "Unfortunately, many of the punch lines that have defined Mel Brooks's success cannot be repeated here."

"I told him that I went to Blazing Saddles, and he pointed out that, I think, according to the ratings, I should not have been allowed in the theater. I think that's true," POTUS said, adding with a smile, "I got a fake ID. (pause)_The statute of limitations has passed."

As a side note from Wikipedia-

Of his early childhood, Obama recalled, "That my father looked nothing like the people around me—that he was black as pitch, my mother white as milk—barely registered in my mind."[15] He described his struggles as a young adult to reconcile social perceptions of his multiracial heritage.[16] Reflecting later on his formative years in Honolulu, Obama wrote: "The opportunity that Hawaii offered—to experience a variety of cultures in a climate of mutual respect—became an integral part of my world view, and a basis for the values that I hold most dear."[17] Obama has also written and talked about using alcohol, marijuana and cocaine during his teenage years to "push questions of who I was out of my mind."... -Wiki

Let’s not forget Scare Force One, the Manhattan flyover.
And the Honduras “interference.”
And the Iranian “non-interference.”

Twice in this piece the high IQ of the pretender in chief is mentioned. What is the evidence this is true? How high is high? keep in mind we have never seen his grades while he was in college because those and ALL his past records have been sealed.

When John F’n Kerry ran against Bush we heard much about the “brilliance” of Kerry vs the “idiocy” of Bush. Tat comparison continued until it was learned that Bush actually had a higher GPA then Kerry did. After that there were no more comparisons between the two regarding intelligence, although the Left called Bush dumb and does to this day.

Looking back on the way the liberals handle the competition in a political race it is standard procedure for them to characterize their nominee as “brilliant” and the opponent as “stupid”. The Left is nothing if not predictable. You would think by now more people would b aware of the shallowness of the Democrat party.

Right up there with Algore and Kerry mentally, but not as trustworthy.

Apples and orange. Algore and Kerry are native Americans.

The Iranian thing really ticks me off. There are many people over there opposing that wicked government and not so much as a kind word from The One. How is it that Obama manages to be on the wrong side 100% of the time?

I’m pretty sure you’d win your bet if the data could be brought to light. We’ve heard abour Michelle having to teach Barack how to use a teleprompter, and we’ve watched him wander lost when deprived of the TP. But if he had a brilliant puppet master — and the courage to stand by good, but unpopular decisions — we’d be in less trouble. He and his would still be damnable communists, but they wouldn’t destroy with no idea for rebuilding. OTOH, that doesn’t read back to me as very comforting. We’re probably headed for “Kill ‘em all and let God sort ‘em out.” Shucks.

I can’t remember what Ann Coulter said right at this moment but it was something like a 10 or 12 year cycle we go through. We elect a Democrat, then we see what a mess he makes and then we elect a Republican. After so many years we forget and decide to give another Democrat a chance. I hope to God this time we never forget. That is, of course, if we survive this genius.

Would you please make a hard copy of your post and keep it in your pocket. It will give you something to read while you’re standing in the bread line.
