Looks like a Quo Warranto suit in DC Courts that so many have said was the ONLY way to get Obama eligibility issues heard on their merits will occur. More at the site...

A little off topic, but what’s with the feel-good Chrysler commercials featuring Gorby, Mandela, etc? Hey Chrysler! Stop trying to impress us (with OUR MONEY) with your civic mindedness and start selling some of your crap so you can pay us back!

Excellent news. Here’s hoping this case gains some traction and makes some progress in determining the eligibility of the anointed one.

It’s time to take back the country.

Of course, it could also be both interesting and disappointing to see the logic the court may use to determine that these former dealers don’t have standing to bring the action...

Just sayin’...

That will not happen. Obama will harken to their complaints and out of his own magnanimous and generous heart (and our wallets) he will provide these dealers their due.

The chosen one will say something like:
“They were the unfortunate citizens who were trampled in the machinery of government at a time when swift and decisive action was required. It is only right that they be compensated for this unintended loss (with your money to cover my a$$).”

From the comment section at the Post and Email:

From Follow the Constituion:

This will be interesting to see how quick they move to resolve this issue with the dealers that had their franchises stolen away from them with these new lawsuits filed. Especially the Quo-Warranto suit. They will need to make this go away and the quickest way to do that would be to resolve all the issues with this dealers before they go to court!

Congress crafts new bill for rejected dealers

12/07/2009, 10:40 PMBy Mark Kleis

A new bill was crafted by House leaders over the weekend that is aimed at providing better third-party arbitration for rejected GM and Chrysler dealerships. The new bill differs from last week’s offering due to the addition of more favorable circumstances for the dealerships.

FINALLY!

We have standing...

Now the sticky part - getting past the ugly, blatant conflict of interest with Holder's DOJ.

Leo and his collaborators need our prayers -- we need to pray for their safety. I still hearken back to the dark days of Vince Foster. Of course, the internet is a far more powerful force nowadays, and it's a bit more difficult for the evil to triumph. The Truth, as always, will prevail...
