In a massive security breach, the Transportation Security Agency (TSA) inadvertently posted online its entire airport screening procedures manual, including some of the most closely guarded secrets regarding special rules for diplomats and CIA and law enforcement officers. The most sensitive parts of the 93-page Standard Operating Procedures were apparently redacted in a way that computer savvy individuals easily overcame.

Just in time for the Holiday rush...
MY GOD GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF GOVERNMENT
FROM THE TOP DOWN
TSA ...Totally Stupid Administration
I feel so much safer now, and just in time for the Holiday Travel Season.
BUT we can trust a government run healthcare plan! No sweat.
Tell me again why we want all of our medical records computerized.
“”This shocking breach undercuts the public’s confidence in the security procedures at our airports,” said Senator Susan Collins, R-Me””
If someone proposed legislation to reveal the same information to the public, she’d vote YAY!
Come on, any one who has been in an airport knows that TSA is mostly show. (ugly uni’s at that)
There is now way to keep a bomb off of an aircraft if the person carrying it really wants it there. Think about it.
TSA might catch the dumb and the true armatures (shoe bomber comes to mind) but the only real improvement of in the air security is the (slightly) better cabin door, and lots of Men and Women that will not go gently ever again.
beat me by 60 secs.
Fire Napoleonitano now!!!
Eight years of Republican leadership and the dem’s give it all away in a year - like clinton gave to china and everyone else.
Madam dimbulb has noted many times that the USA has no right to be the only world superpower.
The TSA provides the illusion of security, but they are actually worse than useless. Any terrorist with half a brain could get by them. But if you want a police state where old white ladies are humiliated by high school dropouts with metal detector wands, you’ll love the TSA. They cant search Arabs though - that would be profiling!
How come the original report on the news didn’t include the URL of the manual for everyone to read? LOL...
Accident? (tee hee)
Actually, Google is fast... :-)
I remeber Lon. What’s he up to these days? Looking over his shoulder a lot?
Can we please get rid of this ridiculous and useless collection of Keystone Kops now?

From WikiLeaks (PDF file on web page)
How odd. I maintain several websites and have yet to “inadvertently” post anything on a single one of them.
‘Damn — inadvertently posted something again. I HATE when that happens...’
We must get rid of these criminals. They are beyond fools...
Total destruction is fundamental change
The last time I flew, I bought 3 pounds of fudge at an airport gift shop just before I went through security. The fudge was so dense it set off alarms at the x-ray station, and I was still only 12 feet from the gift shop.
Even the TSA guard could only shake his head. At least he was polite about it. I've never had any trouble at the small airport in Eugene, Oregon. I pay extra to pass through there, and avoid Portland. Portland has got to be among the worst. The security area is in the middle of a large concourse, and there are always TSA uniforms standing around doing nothing.
Except it wasn't even TSA that caught the shoe bomber. The passenger sitting next to him caught him trying to light his shoe.
What Muslim worker made this “mistake?”
That’s 40,000 federal employees, the TSA.
LOL. I knew John Young would have a copy! Thanks for posting the link!
I’ve read that El-Al does their security work almost entirely with psychology and the careful observation of deviation from normal human behavior. This is basically impossible to beat technologically.
Every time I see that picture I want to [DELETED] a whole bunch of [DELETED] [DELETED].
Must have been posted by someone kin to Desiree Rogers....
This is an historic moment......
The wicked and evil United States be damned.....
A Muslim is running the show....
Sit down and STFU!!!!
This is the attitude of the present day govenment and press...
I see no way to accomplish civilized change, without a massive revolution!!!
In stark contrast to all other federal jobs..."

Why thank you very much. You are a scholar and a gentleman.
Don’t worry, they’ll do better with your health care.
4.1. DIPLOMATIC POUCHES
A. Diplomatic pouches are exempt from any form of screening. A diplomatic pouch can be a bag, pouch, or
container holding diplomatic correspondence, documents, or articles. Although an individual
transporting a diplomatic pouch may have diplomatic immunity, that individual and his or her nondiplomatic
accessible property and checked baggage must undergo screening and all alarms must be
B. The diplomatic pouch must have visible external markings in English that state Diplomatic Pouch or
Diplomatic Bag. The pouch must bear an official seal of the sending government or international
organization. For example, a seal could be a lead seal attached to a tie that closes the pouch, a printed
seal on the fabric of the pouch, or an ink seal impressed on a detachable tag. The pouch must be
addressed to an office of the government or international organization whose seal the pouch bears. For
unaccompanied pouches tendered as checked baggage, a detachable certificate will be affixed to the
outside of the pouch that describes the pouch and certifies the contents as diplomatic materials. The
Department of State (DOS) encourages diplomatic couriers to notify the aircraft operator that they are
carrying a diplomatic pouch.
C. When a diplomatic pouch is presented by a diplomatic courier to TSA at a screening checkpoint or
screening location, the STSO must check that the diplomatic courier is carrying an official or diplomatic
passport and a courier document or letter on their person for identification. A courier letter must be on
appropriate letterhead stationary and must bear a seal of the sending state, embassy, consulate, or
international organization. The courier letter must be signed by the relevant Ambassador or Chief of
Mission serving in the United States. The courier document must clearly identify the bearer and his or
her status as a diplomatic courier and must contain information sufficient to identify the pouch(es), to
include the number of pouches being escorted.
Color me shocked the gubermint is irresponsible with our security.
Why thank you very much. You are a scholar and a gentleman.
Thanks... I figure "Why should the terrorists be the only ones who know? We Americans should know, too." :-)

It just goes to show you that a whole bunch of words like that are worth nothing, once it gets on the Internet... :-)
>>Thats 40,000 federal employees, the TSA.<<
Actually. . . .
“Thats 40,000 democrat federal employees, the TSA.”
Fixed it. . .
