The ‘progressives’ have been lurking in this country for the past 96 years, just waiting for their opportunity to implement a ‘command’ economy. After all, they think they know what’s best for society.

I believe you are wtong. An order that goes unchallenged for 30 days goes into effect.
Once an individual plaintiff can make a case he has been damaged by these EPA regulations, THEN it can go to court - to be heard by liberal judges.
Let us be clear here, it likely matters not whether the EPA or the Congress impose limits on CO2. In either case it will bankrupt the Country.
Some examples of things that will potentially fall under the EPA’s thumb if the limits being discussed are imposed:
Any sporting event, such as an NFL game, that has more than 25,000 spectators present.
Large apartment buildings.
All concrete manufacturing plants.
Every single coal burning power facility in the Country.
Every single natural gas burning power facility in the Country.
Home firewood, no matter if you cut it yourself or have it delivered.
The possibilities are simply endless, and any combination of the above would stifle what little industry and commerce is left in the Nation.
Unfortunately as a consequence of losing the last Presidential election, and for putting Liberal Dhimmies in charge of the US Congress, we are naked until such time as we can replace the US Congress.
