If there is any place on earth that could use some global warming at this time of year it’s northern MN. I’m about 100 miles west of Duluth and its a balmy 2 degrees and about -15 by morning.

I guess on the positive side, the fact Duluth allows lights that are associated with a certain Christian Holiday is remarkable.
