Bump!
I WANT THIS for my next magnetic bumper sticker!!! Where can I get a copy of this?
I hope you have a big bumper!
Love it! Mr. Fullchroma’s getting a pair or two of Dockers for Christmas now. (He always wears the pants but never Dockers, before THIS.)
I am a female, and because of this as, I will be shopping for Dockers this Christmas!
It’s about darn time!
THe next pair of pants I get will be Dockers. lol
Dockers are made by Levis's - the San Francisco company that was the first to declare jihad against the Boy Scouts, and who celebrates androgyny and man-boy love in the their commercials as if it were their sacrament.
Just yanking your chain.
Wonder if Internet Cafe could be of service in this case...hmmmm.
unfortunately they may have to add “and not down around your knees”...
In contrast, have you noticed the recent Levi ad campaign?
Great add.
I’ve always considered Dockers a little pink.. but maybe I need to rethink.
You want Heroes - I know where there’s thousands.
But here’s 30 you can get to know.
The Stars:
http://www.restrepothemovie.com/Restrepo/The_Platoon.html
the next short video clip is an award winning presentation that Tim Hetherington, the photographer, put together in a unique new format - called a triptych. (Triptych = three. This is an ancient form that artists used to use back in the dark ages)
Called “Sleeping Soldiers”, Tim has photos of some of the guys sleeping in the middle screen while shots of battles they were in rage around them on the two side screens.
Nat’l Geo has bought the rights to “Restrepo” - not sure how distribution will be. After the World Premier at SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL, I believe there will be a premier in NYC, where Junger (Junger is well known, including for his book “The Perfect Storm”)
and Hetherington live now...
Then on Nat’l Geo - TV show and then DVD.
The ‘stars’ of the movie - 90 minutes - are the troops themselves - the 30 men of BATTLE CO.
This unit has Preidential Unit Citations (the highest) Meritorious Unit citatations - and many, mnay individual soldier medals.
Even ADmiral Mullen, Commander over all branches of the service, thought so much of this unit that he, personally, insisted on flying to the Korengal to award some of their medals...
There have been several Magazine articles and an ABC documentary. Betcha still haven’t heard of ‘em. After all, none of them are named O.J. or Tiger/
Brave enough watch some of their 15 month dployment? They were in over 1,000 firefights. That has to be some kind of record. (As I type, they are headed back for another year.)
ABC documentary - scroll down for the videos

Here’s your heroes.
Keep watch for the movie - Nat’l Geo.
After wearing Levi's jeans since boyhood I gave up on all Levi's products when they decided to pursue a leftist, pro-homo Jihad against the Boy Scouts.
I would have never worn Dockers anyway - they are a little too metro-sexual. That's why Levi's is running an ad campaign to convince real men to start wearing them. But if real men wanted to wear them that's what they would be doing and Levi's wouldn't need to run a multi-million dollar ad campaign.
.
GRRRRREAT ad! Thanks for posting, Dave.
Levi’s are the unforgiven in my book.
A pox on them and their product.
Unless things have changed recently, Levi-Strauss is a huge donor and vocal supporter of Planned Parenthood.
“In April 2007, Planned Parenthood published the following list of companies - on their own website - that provide matching contributions to any employees wishing to donate to Planned Parenthood. Since the initial publication they have removed the listing at: http://www.ppmns.org/site/pp.asp?c=gwKTJaN0JyF&b=293508 In fact, a search of the entire PP websites reveal that they are doing a decent job of trying to protect the identity of the companies supporting them. Nonetheless, since they initially published it themselves - we report it.”

I am waiting for an update regarding Levi Strauss’s status from Life Decisions International, and will post it when I hear.
Count me in as one more female saying this is a GREAT ad!!! Is there a web site or e-mail address where we can tell them what we think?
AND....Dockers is OWNED by Levi Strauss! For those that are trashing Levi Strauss, do your homework.
I thought this thread already covered that, so your point is, wwcj???
For those defending Levi Strauss:

Just goes to prove even morons can get it right once in a while.
Believe me, I thought a while before I posted, because I really was commenting on the necessity of a large sign to make the text legible.;-)
A “man” who needs instructions on manliness is not what he thinks he is...
What metrosexual, interior decorator managed to get these things made and how much were teams bribed to wear the things?

Click for a Complete list of programs whored out for these duds.
My beloved LSU is the worst by far. I couldn't bear to watch the Arkansas game with them wearing these things.
This is what LDI wrote today:
“Levi Strauss is still a Boycott Target.
We were in the process of adding them to the individual state boycott pages when we were sidetracked with the publication of the November Boycott List.
We anticipate all state pages to be updated by mid-to-late January.”
