The Post & Email has just received PDF files from a highly credible source, establishing that the birth annoucement in the Star Bulletin Edition of Aug. 14, 1961, for Barack Hussein Obama, is authentic.

Why would any sane person spend over a million dollars to hide something they knew would not harm them?

If he's spent that much, it's been to respond to all these cases being filed against him, many of which would go ahead regardless of whether he released his birth certificate. The Chrysler case, for example, has nothing to do with Obama being born outside the country and instead focuses on his dual citizenship.

In other words, Obama could release his birth certificate today, and he would still spend money on legal fees responding to challenges to his eligibility.

Would this be the same birth announcement that does not say where little Barry was born? What hospital, doctor, weight etc? Plus, lists an address where another family with no connections to Obama is proven to have lived?

Courts aren't Oracles. They're not all purpose vetting stations for any question someone has. They are set up to adjucate disputes framed in a specific way that makes them legally actionable. No one has yet constructed a case on Obama’s eligibility that a court will even accept, let alone one requiring it to verify Obama’s birth certificate. Absent that, they wouldn't do anything with it if Obama did send it to them.

There is also a question of where this information was obtained?

Was it obtained from the hospital subsequent to Obama’s birth, or was it obtained from the hall of records, the official place of government documentation?

Another words, could Obama’s folks have filed a formal documentation of birth at the hall of records, even though he wasn’t born in Hawaii, and the paper have merely picked up on that information to publish a birth announcement?

The long form and the underlying justification for it is what should be provided.

OPompous is fighting the release of that. Why? What possible legitimate reason could he have?
