The great thing about Palin is that she is polarizing.
It’s impossible, as far as I can tell, for someone to NOT choose sides, as far as she is concerned.
So, we just oust any “anti-Palin” folks from the GOP, and we’ll be sure to have gotten rid of all the RINO elitists.

The three branches are separate and co-equal. Each has its own duties. The duty of the Judicial branch is to interpret the meaning of laws, including the Constitution:
If it be said that the legislative body are themselves the constitutional judges of their own powers, and that the construction they put upon them is conclusive upon the other departments, it may be answered, that this cannot be the natural presumption, where it is not to be collected from any particular provisions in the Constitution. So it is clear that Congress cannot have the last word as to the interpretation of the law or the Constitution. In fact, according to Hamilton, they can have NO say whatsoever.
What they can do, as you alluded to, is regulate the appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. But that would merely mean replacing one court for another. If they decide that the SCOTUS is NOT the final appeal in a particular set of cases, some other court, presumably a lower federal court, WOULD be.
Congress is not set up to be the interpreter of its own power and scope.

I can’t imagine Palin asking Huck to be the VP.
To "write over" the principles and ideas of the Declaration of Independence and Constitution so that they become as revolutionary for today's citizens as they were in 1776 and 1787, Palin (or any authentic candidate) must do what Ronald Reagan did. She/he must be immersed in those ideas until they become a part of a simple narrative that is consistent and principles-based.
The authentic candidate who can do this will stand out in stark contrast to the others of both Parties.
A reading of John Quincy Adams "Jubilee" address, tracing those ideas and principles after 50 years under the Constitution would help to equip any candidate and to spur that person to restore America's foundations in liberty.
After his careful principles-based analysis of the history of the nation to that day, he concluded with these words:
"Lay up these principles, then, in your hearts, and in your souls - bind them for signs upon your hands, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes - teach them to your children, speaking of them when sitting in your houses, when walking by the way, when lying down and when rising up - write them upon the doorplates of your houses, and upon your gates - cling to them as to the issues of life - adhere to them as to the cords of your eternal salvation. So may your children's children at the next return of this day of jubilee, after a full century of experience under your national Constitution, celebrate it again in the full enjoyment of all the blessings recognized by you in the commemoration of this day. . . ."
This historical analysis and warning from one who was the nine-year-old son of John Adams when the Declaration was adopted, 20 in the year 1787, a Secretary of State, President, and Congressman until his death, should be heeded by those who, today, pretend great knowledge of our nation's noble Constiution.
How does one so ignorant of history come to be writing an article such as this? Fortunately Sarah Palin is way too smart to try such a foolish stunt.

I think Sarah is great, I love her message, but first things first. Get organized for 2010, get good candidates lined up, try to defeat every RINO in the primaries. Sarah will have a go in 1212 but now we need to try to regain seats in the Congress.
Congress can pass a law and deny jurisdiction to the courts.

SArah Palin is our best hope to get conservatives elected to those seats. Without her draw, most candidates will not be able to overcome the RINOs that the county committees will be pushing.
The only practical course for pro-family, pro-Americans is to unite for taking over the Republican party.
