Democrats To GOP: Keep Out And Shut Up

Loyal Opposition: The president has called on Republicans to "stop trying to frighten the American people." But telling the truth about the never-ending expansion of government is not scaremongering.

First, Democrats in Congress kept their colleagues on the opposite side of the aisle from a place at the table on health reform because Republicans "aren't offering a plan." The truth is that they aren't offering a big government plan, and Democratic leaders are blind to solutions that focus on the private sector.

Now, adding insult to injury, the president told Republicans during a White House meeting Wednesday with leaders of both parties to quit scaring the public, as recounted to reporters by Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.

Let's see if we've got this right. Republicans are allowed to take part in decisions like the most sweeping changes in health care law in history, and rescuing the economy from the worst downturn since the Great Depression — but only if their ideas mirror liberals' trillion-dollar statist wish list.

And if they refuse to get on board the Democrats' juggernaut, they'd better not just get out of the way of it; they also don't have any business telling the American people about its size or its speed, or the havoc it will wreak on its journey.

As House Minority Leader John Boehner said, there's pretty much a hiring freeze going on in the country as businesses wait to see how bad Congress' dictates will be on the health insurance they provide to their workers. "And the president wants to blame us for informing the American people about what's happening here and how it will affect them."

Democrats are living in a constant state of media-supported denial. It’s not that Republicans have no plan, it’s that they have no plan which Democrats are willing to acknowledge.

I remember how after the 2004 election results were in, Nazi Pelosi and her comrades were all over the TV whining and sobbing that, although the Commie ‘RATS had just got their asses kicked, the GOP MUST share power with the commie piggies from the ‘RAT party. Unfortunately, the GOPers said, “Okay.”

The Democrats know that the great majority of Republicans are abject Pussies. You can kick sand in their faces, pee on their lawns and they will get down on their knees and beg you for forgiveness.

"Gee, Wally, what about all that talk about "minority rights" when the DemocRATS were the minority in Congress?"

"Gosh, Beav, ya big goof. The DemocRATS are no longer the minority so that no longer applies. Don't they teach you nothin' in school?"

One of the reasons the Democrats behave this way is because there is no public media opposition or criticism to anything the Democrats say or do. All of the major media outlets that are deemed "objective" or "mainstream" in America are in Democrat Party hands. There is no objective reporting on the Democrats or their behavior or the plans they have for America from these Democrat Party propaganda bureaus. In addition, most Democrats are really just wannabe commie tyrants so they are just acting true to their nature.

8 years of “Bush’s fault” & Co. every single day. 24/7.

Children turning 10 have not known another meme unless their parents taught an alternative.

let’s see

Culture of corruption... check
Failed policies... check
Lack of transparency... check
Wrong way... check
War is lost... not quite yet

Democrats, who died and made you the only party in the country? Oh, wait...the Republic died and made you kings, right?

Besides the democrat controlled house and senate that refuses to let the republican even SEE the bills or be in the room on debates - even changing locks to keep them out...there’s the shadow gov’t of ‘bama and his czars that operate outside of and over the legal branch, Congress.

So the Coup has already happened. Time to call it what it is. And the best way for the American people to wake up to it is for the republicans in both houses to stand up, en masse, and walk out.

If they are going to be treated like ‘potted plants’ and allowed NO input, NO participation, then it’s time to say: “OK. As Obama told us - YOU WON. (Challenged by one Republican senator over the contents of the stimulus package, the new president, according to participants, replied: “I won.” End of discussion.)

You’ve totally usurped the process of a free gov’t. You allow ONLY your input, your decisions, your behind closed doors meetings. You even had the locks changed to keep any republicans out.

“There’s no need for us to take up space like so much window dressing. Let the American people see who is doing it all.”

The rats heads - and their sycophant media - would explode. They have used the republicans solely as a whipping post to point blame at for holding everything up. The public largely swallow it. Time for them to wake up. ONLY the democrats are causing the mess we’re in. Let ‘em keep doing it out in the open.

Nan, Hoyer, and Barney will not even allow them at the table nor will the Messiah to even put some of their ideas for an up and down vote. So much for all this bi-partisanship and transparancy. The nation may not even have a chance to stop this horror in Nov. 2010 if the Dems keep running roughshod over the Congress.

The spineless, gutless wonders in the GOP could be going on talk shows and spilling the truth of what the DemocRat Party is doing. But noooo! Per usual, all they can do is whine to their peers.

I’m sick of letting the DemRat Party get away with this ramrod/roughshod routine. They have NO mandate to do what they’re doing since half of the country is conservative and is against them, and polls show that most Americans don’t want the healthcare reform they’re pushing. They are simply being what they are....fascist commies.

It’s time to take back this country now, before it’s too late.

“Democrats, who died and made you the only party in the country?”

The dead souls of the electorate.

They voted for hope and change, they felt brilliant when they did it, and now they’re getting what they bargained for; hope and change to save them from themselves and a new messiah to give them salvation.

(What a bunch of maroons.)

How’s that hope and change working for ya, hmmmm?

IMHO

In fact even when the GOP had the majority they let the Dems walk all over them, filibustering their every action even though they could have easily bypassed them completely. We’ve been waiting a long time for them to grow a spine, but they still think they can all just get along with Democrats. Maybe they can in their private cocktail parties, but not when it matters to the rest of us.
