WAIT JUST A MINUTE HERE.

Now the msm have been disgusted by the the release of the CRU e-mails.
Will they have the same outrage at this snooping. Just wondering.

How is this "snooping?" Those emails belong to us.

This is Apples and Oranges. The Presidential Records Act is a federal law that requires the retention of all presidential records including e-mails. I hate to say this, buit the retrieval of these e-mails is very clear evidence that someone in the Bush adminsitration not only broke the law, but lied about it in open court (while dems may wink at perjury, I believe we still consider it a serious crime)

At the time these e-mails went missing, the White house said it was because of an accidential flaw in the back-up system, and brought its IT techs into court to swear that there was no possible way to retrieve them.

The fact that the new adminstration’s techs were able to do so, so very easily and that so many e-mails were retrieved is clear evidence that someone in the Bush White House at least committed perjury, which is very disappointing to me, and nothing we should be defending.
