There is really only one reason...but it was a doozie. The sellout of Santorum’s ppolitical “twin” Pat Toomey to support a failing Arlen Specter. If Santorum had NOT done that Toomey would have won; Santorum would have won re-election (read the above from a fellow PA FReeper—Casey IS barely functional) and PA would have TWO Republican Senators. Two less votes for Reid...oh...
