Apparently this was major news on NBC. Still waiting for that network to cover Climategate.
Still waiting...still waiting.

They are Climategate Deniers.
Coverup. Criminal conspiracy.
Then again, there are some who’ve claimed that GE stands to profit from the prophecies of Al Gore.

This is a pretty poor excuse. She could have easily worn another hat..and there is no way she could go incognito but just wearing a ball cap.
She goes on vacation and can’t take a different hat??????
To: paudio
Stupidest non-story I’ve seen all week. The lady and her family can’t go on a nice vacation without the MSM trying to manufacture an imaginary scandal out of a HAT!
And what’s worse is that there are a bunch of FReepers who’ve taken the opportunity on the other threads to try and use this non-sense to try and pull her down in favor of goofball loser candidates.
Pathetic!
To: kjo
Continue waiting, but please...please...don’t hold your breathe. I tried that...didn’t work at all.

Let me get this straight... President Obama (President of the United States) bowing to the King of Saudi Arabia is no big deal, but Sarah Palin (private citizen) marking out McCain’s name on a visor is news worthy of broadcast.
Ok, got it.
To: paudio
I’m sure the Stalkerazzi had nothing to do with her cutting her vacations short.

She goes on vacation and cant take a different hat?????? She goes on vacation and THIS is newsworthy while the Climate gate scandal is STILL not covered? Seems your angst is misdirected here.

But face it: wearing a hat with McCain's name blotted from it in public is goofball.
It isn't the biggest mistake in the world, that's for sure. But it was goofy.

The pics I saw, she was also wearing dark sunglasses.

Well, like I said on the OTHER THREAD like this one, the best thing to do is for Sarah to give this issue the "RUSH job", and auction the damned visor off on eBay, and give the proceeds to John McCain's favorite charity, in his name.
I even left that note on her Facebook, but with the thousands on there, she'll probably never see it.
It would do two things: it would water down the media's interpretation of this "horrid" event, and it would show she has no animosity toward McCain by donating the money in his name.
It's time for the media to stop these silly high school bull$#!+ games and start investigating those ALREADY in Washington who are trying to flush our country down the drain.

The Liberal Media creats a situation that isnt there.
The Paulites and other Palin Bashers on FR keep up the Liberal spin against Sarah Palin.
During the month of Aug. Sarah and her family were here in San Diego while she was finishing her book. She was seen wearing similar here and no one bothered with her and the family. A non story.
NOW that Sarah has drawn thousands and thousands of people
in freezing, snowing weather all over the U.S. and many TV interviews and her book selling over a million in a few weeks, The Liberal media felt, time to take Sarah down, she is too popular and about even in the polls with Obama.
To bad some on FR are so childish to be sucked into the liberal media spin and others on FR to keep up the Liberal spin.

Even if it was goofy - you ever do any thing goofy on your *vacation*?
You should try it some time!
