Bernie Sanders Payoff (bribe) cost $50 for every other man, woman, AND child. Why are 49 state taxpayers paying for this bribe. "A few days ago, Sen. Bernie Sanders was not on board with the emerging Senate bill saying, "I have real concerns." But Sanders sounded more upbeat about the prospects of supporting the bill this morning after he crowed about landing additional Medicaid funding for six years and $10 billion for community health centers."

They all should be hung.
economic downturn is the best opportunity.
Somebody should start a thread that names all the senators that voted for this, and what their payoff was.
10 BILLION FOR COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS!
MY GOD! That blows Nelson and Landrieu pay off out of the water!
I bet the dem senators who didn’t hold out for a nice bribe are feeling stupid. C’mon! You’re dems. Suck the country dry. It’s no too late. Call up Harry and tell him you have second thoughts and are thinking of voting against it. Show America you aren’t a chump.
Community Health Centers, more like Communist Health Centers.
give the sellout a little piece of your mind. blast him and retweet your blasts so everyone sees them.
|In addition to Bernie Sanders Vermont BRIBE, don't forget:
Democrat Ben Nelson's Nebraska BRIBE
(3) Notwithstanding subsection (b) and paragraphs 5 (1) and (2) of this subsection, the Federal medical assistance percentage otherwise determined under subsection 7(b) with respect to all or any portion of a fiscal year that begins on or after January 1, 2017, for the State of Nebraska, with respect to amounts expended for newly eligible individuals described in subclause (VIII) of section 11 1902(a)(10)(A)(i), shall be determined as provided for under subsection (y)(1)(A) (notwithstanding the period provided for in such paragraph)
- AND -
Democrat Mary Landrieu's Louisiana Bribe
(2) In this subsection, the term disaster-recovery FMAP adjustment State means a State that is one of the 50 States or the District of Columbia, for which, at any time during the preceding 7 fiscal years, the President has declared a major disaster under section 401 of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act and determined as a result of such disaster that every county or parish in the State warrant individual and public assistance or public assistance from the Federal Government under such Act and for which ..."
These concessions (a/k/a BRIBES) are unconstitutional in that they discriminate against non-Vermonters, non-Nebraskans, non-Louisianans!
Saw on Fox News the Medicaid cost exemption Ben Nelson grabbed for Nebraska will have to be made up by the other states. That’s what’ll help him stay in office.
LINK: Nelson successfully tacked on an amendment to the sprawling Senate health care reform bill that would prevent cuts to Medicare Advantage plans offered in high cost areas -- particularly Florida but also New York and California.
It's like they poured out some punch for themselves before they throw a bunch of t**ds in the punch bowl for everybody else.
$10 BILLION federal tax dollars for health centers in Vermont?
How ghastly that our Congress has gone raving insane and drunk with spending money not yet even earned much less taxed
So only the stupid rats are giving their votes away for nothing.
The good people of Nebraska aren't going to let him get away with selling their freedom out for a mess of pottage.
He is done politically.
Bernie Sanders is not a Democrat, he ran and won on the Socialist ticket. What does anyone expect from him other than Socialism? That’s what he is, and its not even calling him names, its what he was elected as, for Marx’s sake!
as if this whole health reform was constitutional...
oh he’s not dumb. He was going to vote for this anyway. But if he had “second thoughts” he’d get more $!
I went to the twitter link for Ben Nelson, and found that the Communist Party has finally posted this 2,074 page monstrosity on the internet (finally). I didn't have time to read it all (of course), but found this gem in the table of contents. This looks like the kind of BS you find in IRS regulations. This could open up a whole new area of practice for consultants and accountants. This GD thing is going to be a DISASTER. OMG we are so screwed.
