Elin Nordegren Could Be Paid More Than $50 Million Extra For Sticking With Tiger Woods The wife of Tiger Woods will miss out on more than $50 million if she pursues a legal split because of his string of affairs, top American divorce lawyers have revealed.

Raoul Felder, a celebrity divorce attorney whose client roster has included the former wives of Martin Scorsese and Tom Clancy, said that Elin Nordegren would be "financially ill-advised" to walk out on the philandering golfer for good.
Miss Nordegren, 29, was widely reported last week to be "100 per cent" set on a divorce and in line to receive in excess of $100 million in one of sport's most expensive separations.
But Mr Felder said that if she divorced her husband now, she would only be entitled under Florida law to the sum agreed in the prenuptial agreement before the couple married in 2004 – believed to be $20 million. Woods would also have to pay child support for their two-year-old daughter and baby son.
By contrast, her legal team started negotiating a lucrative postnuptial deal just days after the sex scandal surrounding her husband erupted three weeks ago. Lawyers familiar with the talks said she could be paid up to an additional $55 million to remain with Woods, 33, for just two more years – a figure that may well have risen further as up to 14 alleged mistresses emerged.

I don’t understand why he would pay her money to stay. He has a pre-nup. Just invoke that and figure out the child support and get on with the inevitable. Then again, maybe the Swedes are more tolerant. Guys like Tiger should never get married until they are about 60 or no longer a public figure. Jeter set the standard. He’s a hound dog, but he never married and so nobody cares.

At this point he may be happy to pay an extra $50 million just for her pledge of silence/non-disclosure.

I would value my self respect before I would take that money to stay. That’s incredible. Nothing could make me stay.

She is still young and the next decade would be a waste of time to stick with Tiger. If she leaves now she can set up a nice life for herself and her family and one day hopefully meet a good man with integrity to live out the latter part of her life.
I think CHEETA is in for a world of hurt. She is no dummy she will make him pay dearly.
I have heard people who have been around him, he is a first class jerk, very anti social.
By this point $50million is not the point. Getting her life back is the point. No amount of money and no amount of Tiger’s wood will ever get her life back. Only getting away from him will. How sad that these doctors and lawyers only see the dollar signs in all this humanity.
Right now Elin is my favorite kind of woman; hot, rich and vulnerable. (sarc)
