Just because they didn't call the name of the panel of "experts" who would permit or deny treatment based on their 'expert analysis' a "Death Panel" doesn't make it any less true.

Whatever name they want to call it - this "health care" program will cause medical resource rationing and as a consequence lead to 'Death Panels'...

CNN, and their ilk in the media, are experts in lying (and obfuscation of the truth) - and I'm not surprised that their nominations for 'Lie of the Year' are also based on lies, and false statements'...

The elitists just can't seem to fathom what the average Joe and Jane American understands. If some entity, other than the patient, or the patient's family, at his or her behest, is making the decision to deny care to a person who might be dying, or who is of a certain age, and it would 'cost too much' to keep them alive, that entity is a "Death Panel". Whether or not those exact words appear anywhere in the health care reform monstrosity that's making it's way through Congress, the result is the same, and we understand that, even if the vaunted CNN 'journalists' do not.

They're just continuing to show their petty animosity to someone they fear could topple their comfortable world, if she were to control any of the reins of power.

Alinsky is not the only socialist that the Obama propagandists are following. There was another seven decades ago: "If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. That's why they feel a need to repress Governor Palin - and they're right. They will lose if they fail in that mission.

Sarah didn’t lie, and Obama most certainly did.

Illegal aliens don’t pay for their health care today, and they won’t be paying for it under the new plan. Look, they don’t have the funds. End of story.

Death panels aren’t the end of it either.

There will be service denial panels. You reach a certain age, you don’t get knee, hip, and joint replacements. End of story.

Everyone will be lumped into one group, the sum average of the total populace, and whatever the average life expectancy is, you’ll be judged undeserving if you happen to be very healthy, yet at the age when the average person dies.

Good luck then...

Our average lifespan will begin to decrease for the first time in our nation’s history. Why? Because the rare birds that used to live way beyond the mean average, will no longer do so. If they have a problem, they’ll be given the current super-aspirin of the day and sent home to die.
