Executive Order 12425

EO: AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 12425 DESIGNATING INTERPOL AS A PUBLIC INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including section 1 of the International Organizations Immunities Act (22 U.S.C. 288), and in order to extend the appropriate privileges, exemptions, and immunities to the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), it is hereby ordered that Executive Order 12425 of June 16, 1983, as amended, is further amended by deleting from the first sentence the words "except those provided by Section 2(c), Section 3, Section 4, Section 5, and Section 6 of that Act" and the semicolon that immediately precedes them.

Here's the text of 2(c), which this EO now has applying to INTERPOL:

(c) Property and assets of international organizations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, unless such immunity be expressly waived, and from confiscation. The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable.

An INTERPOL branch in the US now cannot be searched, it's files are not subject to legal subpoena nor discovery. If any branch of government wants to keep documents out of the hands of the court system, just hand them over to INTERPOL until the smoke clears.

INTERPOL will now be able to maintain files on US citizens.

By this EO, Obama has conferred diplomatic immunity upon INTERPOL, exemption from being subject to search and seizure by law enforcement, exemption from US taxes, and immunity from FOIA requests, etc.

Obama just declared INTERPOL records immune from search and seizure -- "The archives of international organizations shall be inviolable."

Does INTERPOL have a file on Obama -- on his associations?

Looks to me like he's trying to protect the Glow-Bill Warming enviro-crooks and especially the IPCC from discovery. We know where that money trail leads: Rothschild, Soros, Rockefeller, Pew, Jones, Packard, Kennedy...

Suits need to be brought and people held to account and made to pay. Parents, students, PhDs angling for careers, grants giving organizations.

Were any of us over $100K in debt from student loans and studying this crap, I’d be looking for redress from someone. That’s a whole lotta university educations and endowments right there. People are going to go belly up from this. These people at the heart of it should go 1st and pay the most, starting with Strong, Soros, Gore, etc.

This sure smells like another of nobama’s pretty much fake “this’ll scare the crap out of em” ploy.

If he thinks they are going to be an effective “special forces” for him dealing with America, they all will draw back a bloody nub.

I have a very stupid question: since Great Britain is totally infiltrated by muslims, would that be a very sneaky way to let them come in with full screen and protection from the US government?

I know it seems nuts but this move, as an executive order so no oversight at all from anyone, does not make any sense at all to me so...I am thinking..

The current US House won’t impeach Hussein, and the current US Senate wouldn’t find him guilty if he sat in the witness chair killing babies with his.... Sorry, I do get angry.

This has nothing to do with the GloBull Warming BS - the language you quoted was not written by Obama, it is the language of a law that has existed for decades. It’s BS that he’s now applying it to INTERPOL, but it has nothing to do with the IPCC or any other climate stuff...

Oh I think the timing of it does, especially considering the money involved.

- the language you quoted was not written by Obama, it is the language of a law that has existed for decades.

One in a long line of categorical exemptions effectively for NGOs, similar to EO 12986.

Why doesn’t he sign an EO allowing UNFOR to base here and patrol?

INTERPOL will now be able to maintain files on US citizens.

Obama signing this E.O. violates the 4th Amendment;

Amendment IV

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
