Rest assured, there’s a bunch of us out here in flyover country who will fight to reclaim this grand experiment. That fight will, no doubt, take many forms. And, it won’t be easy or quick. We didn’t get into this overnight, and we won’t get out of it overnight.
You folks on the coasts can stand by and watch. Or, you can get involved, too. Either way, the rest of us choose to take a stand. And, I’ve never said “ya’ll” in my life...

NY Minute is spiritually dead, no fight in that Yank. A perfect example of what passes for a human being in the NE. The good news here is that if the country splits N-S, they won’t put up a fight. None of that “preserve the Union at all costs” baloney this time. We go peacefully, which is the way it should have been the first time.

There was a time when people ACTUALLY stood up to an out of control Federal Monster, their Illinois Leader and his henchmen. That time may come again...

The problem is: only a flush, capitalist society can support a 'socialist' contingent (medicare, welfare, etc.) in a manner they're accustomed. When it gets too large, the parasite brings the host down to a level where support is no longer possible.
A socialist society is not possible as it is comprised of only parasites- no host, no producers of anything of value.
The whole thing is going to come down just like the USSR.
It will, when the bloodsuckers have rendered their host hypovolemic. We can only avoid this by infusing new blood in the form of new revenues that can only come from a growing/expanding economy. And nothing this administration appears to be doing is aimed at accomplishing this.

Ending slavery was 'in control'. Growing the Fed to it's current size is 'out of control'. FedGov needs to be scaled back, states must regain their soveriengty, and socialsim must be contained. Again.
Ever notice how government seeks to gain more power whenever there's a calamity? Obama knows this, and is cranking the handle to free the 13th Imam from the well so we can all live harmoniously in socialism. The dude's head is sticking out!, and enjoying the scenery.
In less than a year, there's going to be an election that'll cause people to take another look at conservatism. This is a Right-Left thing. The Left has gotten away with 60 shots below the belt. They'll pay, because Americans demand a fair fight. They'll pay also- as 'below the belt' is getting mighty close to the Tea Bag. Too close.
