I just found out about this. Does he deserve this? The answer is not only no but HELL NO! He managed to get a team to pick him up and stopped killing dogs. Woohoo! Lets give him an award for courage. Unbelievable. Un-fricking-believable.
What a complete crock. Shameful to do it once, but two years in a row? Let the man redeem his reputation first, if he can.
