There is a lot of talk about civil disobedience regarding this healthcare bill. Folks have said they will refuse to purchase into it, thus breaking the law.
A thought I had is, what about the 2010 census. What if we refuse to participate or under/over report our household numbers. If we refuse to obey the census law or just delay would that send a message?
Freedom (and revolution) begin with saying “no”.

I am beginning to suspect “boiled hemp” will be about the only message this crew of cngresscriminals will understand.
Disobedience against tyranny is a privilege.
Our ancestors did this a number of times in a number of ways, including the American Revolution, the Civil War, the various labor movements of the late 19th century, the Civil Rights movement, and other times in which rights have been stepped on.
Any form of disobedience is acceptable, and when they start shooting, even war is acceptable. You don’t preserve liberty against people like the modern American left by acting nice.
I don’t know. You suppose we’ll have complimentary high speed internet connection?

That just brought a question to mind: legal historians: has there ever been a political assault/killing via some weapon where the defense was that it was an act of civil disobedience?
