GOPer sets new push to oust tax-challenged Rangel

Where are Charlie Rangel's tax returns?

That's the question Rep. John Carter (R-Texas) is asking as he threatens next month to lead a second attempt to strip the Harlem Democrat of his powerful post as Ways and Means Committee chairman.

"Every tax attorney in the country will tell you that if a normal taxpayer committed the violations of Chairman Rangel, they would be assessed serious penalties and interest, if not charged with criminal tax evasion," Carter said.

"This is about defending the rule of law itself."

Carter led the charge but failed to oust Rangel in October.

The House Ethics Committee began its probe of Rangel's alleged ethics breaches in September 2008 after The Post reported he had not disclosed income from a Dominican Republic beachfront villa he owns.

At the time, Rangel said he would eventually disclose his tax returns, but has not yet done so.

Apparently a good portion of the Federal employees are tax cheats.

Appears to be mostly Democrats. No surprise here.

Rangel is a black left wing liberal in a Congressional district carefully gerrymanded to guarantee the election of a black left wing liberal.

Rangel could be caught in bed with the proverbial live boy and a dead girl and his constituents would continue to re-elect him.

The only way that Rangel is ever leaving Congress is in handcuffs and there is no chance of that as long as the Democrats control the Justice Department.

Our best hope is that, after the 2010 Congressional elections, the Democrats will lose control of Congress and Rangel, Pelosi, et al. will be relegated to the minority party for the rest of their careers.

How dare you challenge our most favored LawGiver, don’t you know that laws apply to serf’s and not the masters. Quit acting as if the US Constitution actually is a legally binding document, We now know that is nothing more than the rantings of a bunch of dead white guys, who didn’t understand that True Rights are Granted by Government.

Unless and until legislators do jail time for their transgressions, the sleeze will continue.

That’s right I am sure its just a slight oversight and the tax forms have been missplaced maybe on the same table as the law firm papers Hillery couldn’t find.

I guess that what they are saying is that none of us have to pay our taxes since Rangle, a top lawmaker, doesn’t pay his?

Humm...The Dems are pretty good (and sometimes justifiably so) at making political hay from Republican moral failings. But the Republicans are missing a great opportotuntiy by failing to point out Dem’s failures to live up their ideals of “economic justice”.

The ONLY way by which this nation will be saved before the Soros/Obama Axis completes its plan of destruction is to run ALL the Obama Democrats and RINOs OUT OF MALFUNCTION JUNCTION.

HERE’S ANOTHER RINO WHO NEEDS TO GO IN 2010: BOB INGLIS, SC 4TH!

READY TO CLEAN HOUSE IN 2010?

CHRISTINA JEFFERY (http://christinajeffrey.com/index2.html) is running for Congress from the SOUTH CAROLINA 4th against 5TERM INCUMBENT (that’s 10 YEARS!) BOB INGLIS (http://www.gradegov.com/representative.php?id=190&name=representative_bob_inglis).

Bob FLUNKS with a D MINUS per GRADEGOV.COM.

I can assure you that Christina will be an A+ out of the gate — and will stay that way until this mess is cleaned up.

But, say you, I don’t LIVE in Christina’s district. You probably don’t live in the district allegedly “represented” by Her Imperial Lowness QUEEN Nancy Pelosi, or Maxine Waters, or Henry Waxman, or (until November anyway) Harry Reid’s Nevada. If you don’t think THEIR activities impact you? Think again.

All these folks vote on issues affecting us all so even if you live elsewhere, send CHRISTINA as many bucks as you can and spread the word among your family and friends.

LET’S CLEAN HOUSE IN 2010!

"GOPer sets new push to oust tax-challenged Rangel"

Is there no way that Joe Citizen can lodge a complaint that will cause a D.A. to investigate? It does seem strange to me that a 'notorious' transgressor like this one can just be ignored by the authorities. I understand a case where the authorities will wait for a 'criminal' to thoroughly incriminate themselves before acting, but this guy already knows that his cover is blown.

We need to use Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Rubes, er Radicals on the Liberals.

Make THEM live up to their “we care” hype. Ridicule THEM for being so lazy with their policing of their own Congressional members.
