On Christmas Day, a Major with the Salvation Army taking his three children into the organization's community center in North Little Rock, was held up and shot to death (in what appears to be a botched robbery attempt). The Major and his children are white and the two perpetrators were black. Given what we know about how long it takes for racial wounds to heal, what's to say that these three young children (four, six, and eight) who witnessed the murder of their father become personally hostile to every black person they see, and who could really blame them?

Except of course the only folks I know who end up with racist attitudes are those who are taught to hate ( regardless of the color of their skin). Those who are taught the redeeming value of the Gospels tend to learn other ways

More liberals are true racists than conservatives. This is borne out by virtue that conservatives by and large are deeply religious and moral people who view other races as having just as much value as the rest of us. Furthermore, true conservatives follow the basic GOLDEN RULE which states treat others as you yourself would like to be treated. Liberals on the other hand are a lot more selfish people interested in only themselves. They are by and large elitist people who disdain regular working class people of all races, colors and creeds. Liberals only talk a good game to minorities at election time to get their votes and at no other time do liberals care anything about them. That is why it is so utterly amazing that minorities fall for the liberal line of bullshit year after year and vote for them like the zombie sheep they truly are. I actually feel pity, sympathy and sorrow for these minorities who have become zombie sheep believing everything that liberals tell them.
Sadly, primitivism is the order of the day in the black community. An amoral excusing of bad manners and low-brow behavior is becoming the hallmark of the greater black community which Jesse Jackasson arose from with at first conservative mantra.
I guess the Salvation Army kettles are now closed for the season, but I know there are a lot of us who don’t pass one without putting a little something in it. Nearly every city and town, though, has a shelter or a SA store or some other kind of facility. I bet anyone can walk into one of those, talk to the officer in charge and donate a couple of bucks in this man’s name. I have complete confidence in the Salvation Army as far as proper use of the funds. This man has very likely heard what we all long for - “Well done, My good and faithful servant”. For our own sake, we should honor his memory and life’s work among men.
It is a form of slavery if you think about it. Yes, many liberals are racist and they keep denying it, which makes them more dangerous. The most dangerous people are the ones who deny what they really are, like they say they are not racist, but they are.
Evil is still evil.....
This tension that is currently happening is working to our benefit, politically speaking.
I know a lot of people who remained with the Democratic Party even as it became liberal because it was the party of their forefathers. It took Obama being nominated and elected to snap them out of it.
My brother believes in legal abortion, he believes in a lot of the actual Dem platform crap but he voted for McCain last year. First Republican vote of his life. I still haven’t convinced him to be pro-life but Obama and some local issues here have about driven him into the Republican camp.
Now might be a good time to talk about affirmative action. Seeing as we have a black president is it really needed? Doesn’t Obama prove that blacks don’t need it to succeed?
Assuming these kids are going to grow up racist is one giant leap.
I was once robbed by several black youth. When I retold the story to another black man he seriously asked why I was not prejudiced against black people. I didn’t know how to respond other than there are all kinds of crappy people in the world.
I think that many black folks think that it is crime that makes people prejudiced. That is really though provoking if you think about it.
But the backlash is coming. One mistake from McCain kept us from winning what should have been ours last year.
You want to know the real reason Parker Griffith switched. Because Obama has so hurt race relations that the traditionally Democratic district that he represents is ready to put in a Republican as a protest.
If non-racist person is constantly accused of being a racist, eventually he will become one.
How the LEFT makes racists every day...point at ANY white male who has done nothing, said nothing, and believes nothing racists and simply call them a racists and privileged!
The government can always seem like a philanthropist with other people’s money. That makes the government an out and out thief. And that is something this country went to war over more than 200 years ago. And the people, not the government, won that war. It’s time to do it all over again. We must take our country back by the commie fascists in power.
