Yeah. Hasn’t Berg been admonished for this ongoing stupidity? Or am I confusing him with the broad out in California?

If this is stupidity, why is the President spending so much to prevent access to the original document? Why can’t we see it?

I have a right to see it. I resent being called stupid which is a tacky way of deflecting attention from the issue instead of dealing with it. This should have been resolved before the election.

Haven't really paid much attention to Berg. But here is what you get on an internet search.

“Berg has involved himself with several controversial political cases. In 2001 he demanded the disbarment of U.S. Supreme Court Justices Sandra Day O'Connor, Antonin Scalia, and Clarence Thomas due to their participation in the case Bush v. Gore. In 2004, Berg filed a Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) lawsuit on behalf of a World Trade Center maintenance worker against President George W. Bush and others alleging that the Bush and certain government officials conspired to bring about the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center. The federal district court dismissed the suit. He challenged President George W. Bush on his right to conduct a war against terror and another against Saddam Hussein with only a congressional authorization.”

Apparently he also had clients in an action move for sanctions against him several years back. The motion for sanctions was apparently granted as well.

Based on that, he appears to be something of a gadfly.
