It gets worse...when I was in college I worked at a hardware store and 2 years after presumably intelligent people overpaid for their new house, they were having to fix structural problems. I swear that we used to build tree forts that were more structurally sound than these match boxes.

I still ask...How does a person not understand the single most important investment in their life?

Make no mistake: these vermin deserve no pity, no deference, and no assistance. They should only be left to wallow in the Hell of their own making.
