Why Does Interpol Need Immunity from American Law?
National Review Online ^ | 12/23/09 | Andy McCarthy

You just can't make up how brazen this crowd is. One week ago, President Obama quietly signed an executive order that makes an international police force immune from the restraints of American law.

If your domestic Stasi keeps getting executed by the GD Right Wing Extremists, you have to plan to import some.

Pulling this trigger takes 2.

Why do I foresee Al Qaeda making up Interpol credentials... while the Øne golfs and goes to the gym?

I’d say you have it about right.

Interpol is NOT a military unit, brigade or elite strike force. I doubt they even have the training to march in a straight line to the chow hall even if starving. Interpol is mostly office-type geeks sitting behind a desk shuffling papers or surfing the net. They would be horrified at the prospect of slipping on a pack and heading out to the American hinterlands and rounding up gun-toting, crack-shot hunters and combat veterans.

They have cushy jobs in the world bureaucracy where they can sit around - fat, dumb and happy - and draw a substantial paycheck with zero chance of getting shot. The personnel in Interpol are not glory hounds itching for action, plus they hate John Wayne movies, as the movies remind them of how dippy and inadequate they are.

BTW, clinton gave the same diplomatic immunity to the United Nations NGOs back in the 1990s. The purpose was to hide the NGO’s criminal acts from investigations by future administrations. The EOs worked pretty well in the Iraqi oil for food scandals. Clinton should have been impeached for that.

I wonder how this will go over when the records of Interpol operations go public? Warrant less Searches and Wiretaps, kidnapping, No Miranda rights interrogations, torture or being held for extended periods without being charged? But the left will give it all a pass, because it is their guys doing it.

97% of the black voting age population that constitutes about TWELVE percent of the US Population doesn’t amount to any kind of majority, especially a majority that somewhere down the line, everyone is fantasizing would be willing to engage in a “race war” with non-Blacks. I’d remind you, NO ONE is benefiting much from Obama’s (non) Policies, least of all blacks, least of all Blacks already in the middle or upper middle classes.......of course, they’re trying to revive Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac all over again, and I guess they see that as something that could establish a foothold of goodwill once more for Obama amongst poor, non-house-owning blacks. HOWEVER, the numbers aren’t there, no matter how anyone might want to inflate them, and Blacks didn’t constitute the swing vote a year ago, and they won’t both in this November’s election, and the one 3 years from now.Of course, it was already considered a fait accompli that Obama the candidate would get just that kind of crushingly lopsided black vote for himself, and the Party: that’s part of the reason he became the Party nominee.
And to get back answering your first question, point-blank, yeah, my instincts tell me Obama has , for all practical purposes already lost a good 15% of that imaginary “black mandate”.

RE: BO is just giving away more of our rights

Marching to a one world government control, Obamas dream as long as he is the dear leader.

On the subject of Japanese internment during WW2:
It was shameful, and should have been seen historically NOT as an aberration of FDR’s multiple Administrations, but somehow emblematic of the basic wrongheadedness of all of them and all their Master Plans for American political institutions.
I have always said (and it was not secret) that this Administration waltzed into office with visions of Sugar Plum New Deal fairies dancing in their heads, and they’ve clumsily assumed they could be just as dictatorial as FDR, because of the historical precedent, but , as stupid as they are, even these losers would not attempt to inter us. It would spell the END of them literally, figuratively, and as a Party.

I am not smart enough to figure out Zero’s reasoning for allowing this.

It must serve some purpose or why do it?

What is that purpose? That is the question. Do we really need an International Police Force in the United States of America, with more powers than our own forces?

Sounds crazy to me, and an insult to our own police forces.

When the President of the United States joins forces with an International coalition which has no powers in our country, and grants that coalition powers on his own without Congressional or Judicial input it gives the appearance of a conspiracy to undermine our own agencies.

When that President has yet to prove he holds his office legitimately according to the Constitution ,it adds to this suspiscion. When that President has ties to terrorists(Bill Ayres and his wife) ties to Communists (Frank Davis)
Black radicals (Rev. Wright and Farrakhan)when he has a working knowledge of the Koran taught to him in childhood by his step-father, and his father was a Muslim.

It’s well past time Americans started wondering just what the hell is going on. This man has taken entirely too many liberties with his Presidential office.

Zero can sign any goddamn thing he wants, there is no special provision anywhere in American law that gives him the right to grant immunity from the law.

Do you really believe that Zero can order a co-equal branch (the courts)on what it can or can not do?

If your reasoning is correct we a more than screwed, we are as WWII vets used to say, screwed, blued and tattooed.
