Netherlands: Airport guards cheered 9/11
De Telegraaf (Dutch) ^ | 28 December 2009 | Johan van den Dongen and Bart Olmer

Posted on 12/29/2009 7:21:00 AM PST by AIM-54

Members of one of the Dutch security companies at Schiphol Airport, Group4Securicor (G4S), are speaking out after the attempted terrorist attack on the US bound plane, for which their company was responsible.

Guards and former guards say that after the September 11 attacks, the only thing that was done was to add more workers, who knew nothing. G4S refused to comment on these accusations.

Belinda Kreugel, who until recently worked for G4S, says that she decided to speak up since the public interest is greater than her personal interest. She says that risk-flights to the US were inspected by beginners, and that people were sent out to do body searches and x-rays after just two weeks of training. Three quarters of the employees have been there for less than a year, after which it becomes too expensive to keep them. Airport administrators repeated these concerns.

One former employee says that some of the guards sympathized with Islamic terrorists. "Among my colleagues were friends of [Moroccan-Dutch terrorist] Samir Azzouz."

"I saw what happened among the guards during the September 11th attack. In the guard area of the 'security members' a loud cheer rose from Muslim colleagues. Several former colleagues witnessed it. There was a standing ovation. Together with other colleagues I've lodged a complaint about it by the military police."

The attitude expressed here plus the fact that the Netherlands won't allow US air marshals on our flights tells me that the US should simply deny US landing rights to any flight originating in the Netherlands. That seems safer to me than to add more workers there who cheered 9/11.

"The infiltration and undermining of Europe...."

Nah, withdrawal and surrender. They only move into the territory the Europeans have left them. Remember, they still constitute only a few percent of the total population; they can do nothing at all by themselves. It's the Europeans that are confused and filled with post-colonial guilt and self-hate. It is SELF-destruction that we are witnessing here.

'That is what makes the Dutch passenger who thwarted the Nigerian’s attempt to cause an explosion designed to take down the plane so remarkable.'

Or it could be that the Dutch citizenry has awakened to the multicultural insanity that the government is imposing on the people and dialed into what's going down.

Like the USA, the European people are not as stupid as their governments.

The infiltration and undermining of Europe....

How about right here? How about our airplanes being no more safe than Fort Hood?

Somebody posted a pic the other day of an airport screener in a headscarf searching a nun; it was not a joke picture. The pic was presumably taken at an American airport (discussion ensued that there are Muslim screeners at several U.S. airports).

So the whole "screening" thing is a sham exactly the way the security at Fort Hood was a sham.

We're in a religioius war whether we like it or not. Refusing to admit it doesn't make it any less true.

Muslim screeners at American airports moots the entire exercise. The sacrifice of American freedom to PC makes major victims of the economy and the airlines, once a thriving sector of American enterprise. The Muslims are laughing at Americans for victimizing themselves at the Muslims' bidding.

This is a religious war. This is not about race or ethnicity. It is about religion. If "good" Muslims want to do right without converting to a different religion, they must advocate the sense in allowing the U.S. to discriminate against Muslims from jobs such as airport screening. As another FReeper wrote, if blond Amish were the ones bombing planes, then he'd have no problem being profiled in airports even though he wasn't Amish.

The fact that there are Muslim screeners in airports WILL RESULT in the same thing that happened at Fort Hood. It is inevitable.

I don't know what the man's attitude toward 9/11 is, but I will tell you that someone attempting to blow up the airplane YOU are on is a very powerful motivator.

Or.... not so remarkably, the guy who saved himself, the plane and it’s other occupants, just wanted to live. I doubt he had time for any other considerations.

But, I do hope you’re right about there being an awakening in Europe to dangers vastly spreading.

It’s remarkable how many airport employees have names like Muhammed, Abdul and Mo. Sacramento was loaded with them up until recently.

I don't know what the man's attitude toward 9/11 is

Why would anyone question Schuringa's (a white, non-muslim) attitude toward 9/11????
The only people in Holland who cheered the 9/11 attack were muslims..
Jeezuz, some people on the board are so effing dumb!!!!

I did not question Schuringa’s attitude toward 9/11. I lauded his bravery and presence of mind in the face of a disaster. However, if one lives in a PC society where all kinds of aberrations are tolerated, it wouldn’t surprise me if that person might become complacent.

I just think that it is remarkable that this man (who was seated on the opposite side of the plane with at least 15 seats and passengers between him and the perp) managed to get there first and put out the flames with his bare hands. Most of us are conditioned to think that it is somebody else’s duty to take such action.

I didn't question it, I was pointing out that it didn't matter. It wouldn't have surprised me if one of those cheering the attacks on the towers were also on this airplane and had attempted to thwart the crotch bomber.

As for white non-muslims questioning 9/11, you've not looked at the truther movement much. Most of them are white, American, privileged children who think the US gov't plotted the whole thing and demo'd the buildings.

You should reserve your outrage at how "stupid" freepers are until you think more carefully on the subject.

You apparently have never had the pleasure of an encounter with a European marxist, anarchist, or anti-Ameircan.

Stopping all flights from countries who don’t take terrorism seriously and haven’t screened their own airport employees would be a good start.

IF we have to funnel all European flights thru only a few airports who are going to be vigilant is just fine with me.

The abject failure of airport security in all parts of the world seems to be a direct attempt to destroy that part of the world’s economy, also.

Another step into going back to the 7th Century?????

NObama is faaaar too much of a sympathizer to any & all things Muslim. He needs to be removed from office.

Whatever the reward for the Imposter’s birth certificate is up to now, it pales in the value of an airplane load of passengers.

Ditto all nations, particularly in the Middle East, that don’t all the full body scanning. Another thread on here this morning said ME nations are objecting to the idea of full body searches. Fine, just don’t come to the US. Works for me.

And again, we see government at its efficient best. Don't bother checking the twenty-five year old male Muslim, who doesn't have a pass-port, paid cash for his ticket, no checked luggage, on a government terrorism watch list,... What's that, can't use the word terrorism?,... sorry, never mind.

Thank you for contacting Senator Collins’ office with your inquiry regarding the Dutch policy of permitting U.S. Marshals aboard outbound flights from the Netherlands . Pursuant to your inquiry, I have looked into the matter with the Congressional Research Service (a well-respected non-partisan arm of the Library of Congress), which informs me that U.S. air marshals have never had a problem being denied access to a flight that they have requested to board.
Again, thank you contacting the senator’s office. If we can be of further service, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Cheers,

Thank you for posting that pic. The American flag in the background, I assume, indicates that this is at an American airport.

As long as Muslims are allowed to be screeners at American airports, passengers and crew on American flights are as in as much danger as the soldiers killed in the massacre at Fort Hood.

This report doesn’t surprise me. I’m sure there are reports of similar activity in the States.

That said, gate security was operated by Western looking individuals on my flights back to the U.S. They always appeared to take their jobs seriously.

Regardless of the allegations about the guards, it would make sense to think about who has access to the facilities that provide security lists.

That picture and its caption ... dangerous absurdity.

I can only wish it was as benignly humorous as a photo I saw not too long ago of a guy with his baseball hat on backward ... using his hand to shade his eyes, while others sitting right next to him had their eyes shaded by the bills of the baseball caps they were wearing properly.

The sad, sick, disgusting poster of the scarved Muslim screener searching the middle-aged nun is the picture-postcard illustration of dangerous absurdity in America.

Security screening at airports is a waste of our time, a charade, and a sham as long as Muslims are in on the searching. It is all a big game of pretend as long as they are there.

I had a long argument with some libs and a Republican McCain lover over that pic.
They insisted Nuns are just as dangerous as Imams.
Most libs believe Islam is peaceful and only those that distort Islam are the dangerous ones. Given them statics to prove other wise and lots of other evidence they still believe that.

But in the end had to agree with them the Nuns need to be checked as well. for two reasons:
1. Someone could slip them something they were not aware of.
2. Anyone can get a Nuns outfit.

Anyone can get a Nuns outfit.

you are correct...

I was wondering however..... exactly how many "fake nuns" have blown up jets, flown jets into buildings, opened fire at army bases, fragged out fellow soldiers, taken over ocean liners and rolled passengers off the deck, hidden in the back of a car while being driven around and murdered innocent people as a sniper, driven trucks into Marine bases and detonated them....?

That many huh?

Well in that case by all means we should cavity search every woman, especially blond nordic women because that will yield us the highest number of terrorists. I would avoid black men, brown skinned men with mustaches that speak with heavy mid-easter accents, eastern european men that are muslims, and especially anybody that buys a ticket with cash, one way, with no passport and no luggage.

Don't know where it was taken but there's the American Flag on the wall. I sure am glad that nun was searched though, they have that reputation of terrorizing students with rulers. Oh, yeah, those old nuns are usually pro-life so Janet has called them home grown extremists.

Don't worry about searching the Muslim fanatic that even had his father freaked out. I don't know why everyone wants to get on board with the nudi-x-ray machines when there's no proof that it would even work on sponge bob square pants underwear bombs.

WHAT WE NEED IS A HEALTHY DOSE OF PROFILING!

Better yet, crotch sniffing, bomb smelling dogs. No...even better, bomb smelling pigs! Political correctness should not trump national security!

"Anyone can get a Nuns outfit"

So Steve, you have 10,000 passengers trying to get through an airport on a busy holiday, have one newfangled nudi-x-ray machines. You have a 72 year old women dressed in a habit (with no five o'clock shadow or Koran under her arm,) and a 25 year old male who is sweating bullets, (and has no luggage, and a one way ticket.) You only have time to check one, which who do you scan?

Profiling is reasonable in a time of war. Anyone inconvenienced by it who fusses isn't pulling for the right side! If Muslims get pissed, let them clean up their own and stop the jihadists. The bombers father tried to. I bet he would have wanted his son profiled!
