We are at war with Islamic extremists. They are peppered all over the world and throughout our country. These terrorists have proven to be represented by various nationalities, the latest was Nigerian and the attack was on Christmas day. The common theme between them all isn’t that they were victimized by America or that they were all desperately poor, but that they were all committed to fundamentalist Islam, believing they were doing the will of Allah and would gain eternal blessings as martyrs.
If you look at who most of the Jihad killers have been since 9/11, they have been well funded, pampered and even wealthy. They are religiously committed to killing infidels. They don’t believe they are getting away with wrong and criminal behavior but rather, they are doing the Holy will of Allah and will be greatly rewarded...

It was time to profile Muslims well over a decade ago, but that is exactly what they are NOT going to do.

Anyone with one such name should be required to be undergo extra screening. Anyone with two such names should be placed on the no-fly list. Anyone with three such names should be placed on the no-travel list.

And profiling would make people who fit the profile of a bomber feel self conscious instead of proud of the resemblance!!!!

Do we really know for sure that there wasn’t an air marshall on this Dec. 25th plane?
I suggest that if there was a marshall on there, he wouldn’t have been fast enough to do anything to stop this terrorist if this terrorist had been chemically competent. So maybe the marshall laid low all to avoid the uproar there would be today IF we knew the air marshall was useless.
But then we would have to profile the one in the WH. Oh wait, he flies privately - AT TAXPAYER’S EXPENSE!
Why not just put them on planes heading back to Muslim countries?
They can pay cash, they don’t need a passport and it can be one-way.

Since there have also been a number of pampered American Citizens (such as johnny jihad from Marin County in CA), we should not only profile Muslims, but also liberals.

At this point, I would not even fly on Airfarce One with Hussein Obama.
Any Muslim that cares more about living than killing, will be as grateful for profiling as everyone else interested in not being killed.
I agree. We have been profiled for years and not one Baptist, Catholic, Methodist, Anglican, Jew, Evangelical, Amish, Mennonite, have caused a terrorist threat or actual successful attack. Oh the other hand, however, we have those peaceful Muzzies who.....well we all know who has done what.
