Looks like the folks at Wikipedia were prepared for the worst when it came to Rush Limbaugh. Actually they were a little too well prepared.
Shortly after the news broke that the conservative political radio talk show host was hospitalized, Wikipedia updated his page – and pronounced him dead.
Folks (like us) who happened to take a look at Limbaugh’s biography, saw this:
Rush Hudson Limbaugh III (pronounced /ˈlɪmbɔː/;born January 12, 1951, died December 30, 2009) is an American radio host and conservative political commentator. He is the host of The Rush Limbaugh Show, the highest-rated talk-radio program in the United States. It airs throughout the U.S. on Premiere Radio Networks.
That was posted shortly after midnight, EST.
Rush, of course, was very much alive and about 15 minutes later Wikipedia pronounced him so, altering their bio by removing the information that he had died.
Limbaugh remains hospitalized Thurday.
I thought I knew how to pronounce his name, until that.
maybe the same ones that knocked off grandma on the last visit just before she was about to spill the beans on her bastard grandson from kenya.
Rush got too close and got a good lung full of sulphur.
I wish him a speedy recovery!
conspiracy theories aside, rush’s health should be the center of any freedom loving persons agenda right now. we really need him now more than ever. november is right around the corner.
The only way to do that is convert them to your side. Surely you aren't in favor of denying them freedom of speech, no matter how despicable it may be?

I have to say, that if anything happend to Pelosi or Dodd or anyone of those jacka$$es...My sympathy would be in the dictionary.....oh well....

People forget that Samuel Clemens, aka. Mark Twain had plenty of enemies in his lifetime.
Rush kind of reminds me of him in some ways.

How is it people still don’t understand how Wikipedia works?
There are no “folks at Wikipedia” who update “their” page. Some random user made the bogus edit saying Rush had died, and some other random user came along and edited it out.
