After 9/11 the FAA instituted a mandate that required all flights in the air when an incident like this occurs to be informed to alert the pilots of the possibility of it happening on many flights simultaneously.
Why did this not happen on Christmas day? Everyone in the air that day found out about it after they landed. Where is the media investigation and the calling for heads to roll?
