Danish authorities say a Somali man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder for an attack on an artist whose cartoon of the Prophet Muhammad ignited riots and outrage across the Muslim world.
Jakob Scharf, head of Denmark's intelligence agency, said the 28-year-old Somali man with ties to al-Qaida broke into Kurt Westergaard's home in Aarhus on Friday night. The 75-year-old artist pressed an alarm and fled with his 5-year-old granddaughter to a special safe room.
Police say they then shot the attacker in the hand and knee when he threatened them.
The suspect was charged at a court hearing Saturday in Aarhus.
Westergaard has received several death threats for depicting the Prophet Muhammad with a bomb-shaped turban.

I swear if we did have to answer 5 questions all right on the issues before voting, questions like do you support A or B for illegals to come here and have open borders? We know that the media and the lefty’s troll this site so why not have a section where video’s like this can be seen and heard.
If the media want t say the usual crap of hate then so be it but the fact remains that it was he who was speaking off Islam not anyone else.
That is what they should focus on instead of the usual attacks.
Maybe that is why they hate Beck as he uses their words and the shows it.
If the media did their job then he would never have got elected nor would his numbers be where they are.
