MurryMom. Banned freeper huh? Google turned up a post that may have been the ban catalyst as well as a DU post that follows “OK which one of you is MurryMom?”.

a good representative for Mormonism.

Sure, about as good as the Udalls and Harry Reid. Teddy Kennedy was a good Representative for Catholics too. :p

You quoted the retread troll saying this. I don’t hold him lying to the liberals in Massachussets so they would elect him against him,

An important correction to the troll's clumsy claim, is that Romney was not lying about his heartfelt politics during the 1994 or 2002 elections, Romney has a very clear, liberal political history before then.

Romney was giving money (solely) to democrat races, and fund raising solely as a democrat, just before he registered as a republican in late 1993.

It’s ok, though. You guys would be doing the same thing to the first governor to actually legalize abortion in America - Ronald Reagan. And like Reagan, you will probably grow to admire him if he’s elected in 2012.

- - - - -
You are kidding right? Comparing Romeny to RR??? RR was never pro-abortion whereas Mitt was openly pro-abortion until he decided to run as a Republican.

Romeny is a slimy, flip-flopping, POS who, if he will lie to get elected, will lie to the conservatives also. REASON RIGHT THERE not to vote for him.

And NO, I will NEVER like or TRUST Romney. I know too much about him. He is Obama with an “R” after his name.

I said, “With free speech comes RESPONSIBILTY.”

Ge it right, that’s not liberal, that’s CONSERVATIVE.

— - - - - -

Wow. You are either “lying for the Lord” or need a course in remedial reading. Or perhaps it is just typical “spin” to gain sympathy (also a liberal trait).

My original post:

Free speech also applies to those whose views you don’t like.

You attitude is that of many liberals: “Free speech for me, but not for thee!”

Now, let’s see. I agree that there is responsibility with free speech. That responsility includes dealing with those who disagree with you. THAT is conservatism. IOW, you cannot just “throw”people off of threads b/c you don’t like them or agree with them. That is not YOUR prerogative.

The liberal attitude/behavior I accused you of (and still do) is your attitude of “free speech for me, but not for thee”. IOW, that you claim you can post anything you want but we do not have the right to disagree.

THAT is a liberal attitude.

I wouldn’t vote for Romney if he was the last Republican on earth! Romney is a statist, two-bit, two-faced, lying RINO political whore!!

I repeat, if Romney gets anywhere close to the nomination, Free Republic will go into full-time scorched-earth campaign mode AGAINST him!

Romney weevils best be looking for a home somewhere else!!

WRONG!!!

With EVERYTHING comes RESPONSIBILITY — even with free speech.

That’s the CONSERVATIVE view.

You may say what you like, but you had better be ready to accept the consequences. And I’ve dished out consequences here.

The ONLY way to keep ‘Romney threads’ pure and clean are to make them a CAUCUS thread or a DEVOTION thread.

- - - - - - -
ROFL, I can see it now...

Romney says Brown can ‘make history’ (RINO Devotional)

or

Romney says Brown can ‘make history’ (LDS Caucus)

LOL, You simply ignore most posts to you about Romney, that doesn't go very far in overcoming the massive baggage against the slimy guy, but it does show that you have very little to work with.

How would you defend Mitt Romney's months long, national campaign to manufacture and sell this lie "Reagan was adamantly pro-choice" ?

Wow. More remedial reading classes are needed:

My Original post:

Also, it is interesting that you still support the surreptitious activities against Gov. Palin on the eve of Election 2008. [diogenesis]

LIAR! [gop_lady]

I have never posted such thing...[gop_lady]

- - - - - - - -

So you DO support Romney’s (and his staff/supporters) surreptitious activities against Palin? Or don’t you?

I assumed nothing. I applauded your opposition to his slimy tactics. Apparently I was wrong in my applause.

Huckabee says what he wants in his own name.
Unlike GOP-traitor Mitt Romney’s and his minions’ knives fresh with the coppery smell of Gov.Palin’s and her childrens’ blood on them all done secretly, through junior staff’s spouses.

A metaphorical statement, but one I agree with. Romney’s minions character assassination of Palin and her children were/are reprehensible.

But hey, given Romney’s record, does anybody really expect much else from the slimeball?

Oh, I know Romney wasn’t lying then. My point was that the retread implied it is OK to lie to further your goals (like getting elected).

And it would not surprise me in the least if Mitt continues to lie to conservatives to get the nom. It is part of his culture/history in many ways. “Lying for the Lord” is acceptable in some circles.

The last thing we need is ANOTHER liar in office.
