Last time I checked transgenderism is still in the DSM under mental disorder.. The Prez just appointed someone with a known mental imbalance.. Go figure, but perhaps it all fits, since it appears the Prez is also suffering from narcissism, ego mania, and a variety of other well documented illnesses.. :)
