Attorney Stephen Pidgeon is one of the lawyers involved in the B.C. issue. He is currently working with Leo Donofrio on the Chrysler lawsuit. Below is his letter to Glenn Beck. Great job, Stephen! S.B.
Dear Mr. Beck:
You are ill-informed on the “birther” issue. Barack Obama, by his own admission, was a British subject at birth. He has never denied having a Kenyan father, who himself was a British subject as a Kenyan native. This is easly established under the British Nationality Act of 1948. He is therefore disqualified to run for the office of the President, because the office is not available to subjects of other governments. The issue is very simple, and very obvious. Obama himself admitted that he wasn’t a natural born citizen when he debated Alan Keyes in 2004.
Let’s see you deal with this one. There is nothing “nutty” about it, and it doesn’t depend on whether his maternal grandmother tried to cover up a foreign birth in Hawaii by placing newspaper notices. It is as plain as your face. BHO is a foreign national first, and an American secondarily, if at all. That is why he thinks there are 57 states; why he doesn’t understand the constitution; why he wants to give us Britain’s health care system (it’s all in the teeth, don’t you know); why he thinks Interpol should have greater authority in the US than US law enforcement; etc. He is a British subject and has no business holding the office of POTUS.
If you think you can overlook this constitutional crisis as not part of the Rubicon, you are mistaken. One constitutional overlook breeds another and the next thing you know, the financial industry is nationalized, the auto industry is nationalized, the health care industry is about to be nationalized, and the energy industry will soon be nationalized.
Ultimately, it is all going to be okay, because socialism only lasts until other people’s money (OPM) runs out, and binge spender BHO has spent all the money we have and all the money we will ever have for the next several generations. He spent all of this before he got his socialist healthcare on the table. He and his wife have partied like Eddie Murphy in The Distinguished Gentleman (1992) since taking office, while he has busied himself with overthrowing the constitutional republic, establishing a new Islamic empire worldwide, disarming and crippling America, and unilaterally dividing Israel and Jerusalem. The only budget constraint for Obama is ink and paper (and he is working his way around that) and his foreign policy advisor appears to be “mirror, mirror on the wall”. He has bankrupted the nation, which the sleeping Oprah watchers are now discovering for the very first time. The reality of the bankruptcy will hit home with gusto in 2010. Not only will we suffer with 30% unemployment, a complete collapse of real estate, and a complete collapse of the dollar, we will also suffer the slings and arrows of dramatic military defeats, as we let this foreigner steer the ship of state. Most Americans have no idea how bad it is going to get.
As for Obama: he will be one of history’s most reviled figures – on a par with Nero – as a fool who couldn’t even understand that when he denigrated the United States, he was destroying the very state upon which his safety and his legacy depended. He will suffer dramatic defeat in Afghanistan and Iraq – it will not be like Viet Nam, and his name will be tarred with it. It will be more like the disastrous defeat of Xerxes at Salamis, or the Ottomans at Sisek, or the Moors at Tours; a game changing defeat that will forever cement the destiny of the republic known as the United States of America. Obama will join the other names in history who suffered cataclysmic losses in the lands of Magog.
His legacy? A communist, collectivist fool, brainwashed by red diaper doper babies haunting the halls of ivy league academia whose agenda was to bring back the failed Bolshevik revolution worldwide, who brought his fully bloomed ignorance to power illegally in the US because of the needs of his narcissistic ego, whose illegitimacy caused the US to go bankrupt and to suffer its worst military setbacks in the history of the nation in just a few short months. History will marvel at the foolishness of Americans, and historians will wonder how we as a people could have allowed this to happen. Then, of course, historians will ultimately conclude that the demise of the greatest nation the world had ever known happened because the watchdogs whose duty it was to warn Americans of such possibilities – the so-called news media – conspired with foreign powers and global financial criminals to destroy America from the inside, as a result of their cowardice, malevolence and silence.
Contributing member: Glenn Beck, who simply could not bring himself to utter the truth about Obama – that he is a usurper, holding the presidency illegally and unconstitutionally, because he is without a legal birthright. Let us never forget who shirked their duty to tell the truth in these last hours, and let us not allow history to forget.

This whole birther mess makes us conservatives look like kooks. What’s the harm of having a usurper as President? After all the people voted for him. If we drop the subject, then maybe we can get this usurper elected again in 2012. /Freeper BC trolls and mental defective league
I love Glenn Beck, and I think he has done much to open the eyes of the American people. But to just offhandedly dump the idea that Obama is not eligible to be President is just insane.
At least he spend as much research on this one as he has done on everything else he has preached, would only increase his credibility. Find what he can, give it to the American public and let the rest of us make a decision.

Very well written.
But my opinion from readings, this issue of parental lineage won’t go anywhere. It should, because SCOTUS needs to make a decision on it, but Zero wins or loses on the foreign born birth. That will take a heavy hitting well-funded legal team. Of course, as things get worse and worse, never know what could influence SCOTUS to change their minds.
I didn’t hear Glenn discuss this in full context, but I would say this. I don’t dismiss the charge, because there is no reason for the Obama team to put so much time effort and money in derailing these cases when there is an easier solution - disclose the documents.
On the other hand, it can’t be the main focus of opposition because voters are going to vote based on their own situations. They need a reason to vote for the alternative. The focus needs to be on shining a light on bad policies and presenting alternatives. If one of the many lawyers active in this turns up some significant evidence of a problem, then it would be time to get focused to this issue. Right now there is no smoking gun that would make the public view this as anything but conspiracy.
Guess those demands that Beck cover the eligibility issue didn’t work out so well.

My guess is that what Beck is driving at is that you can not get a case heard and if heard, not settled for years past 2012.
A simple ordinary civil case can take 3 years to get to court and many more years of appeals.
And this is not a simple case.
By that time 2012 will have come and been long gone.
If the same effort were to be put on electing a conservative congress in 2010, thus denying Obummer, the Marxist now posing as a Fascist, the legislation he desires, it will not matter whether he occupies the Red House until 2012. He will have been castrated.
You can not hurry the legal process.
But we stop his program if we get a conservative congress.
Probably should have written that letter before the attack on Glenn yesterday.

The point is: Do you want to stop him from ruining or country or do you just want to be right.
In the year 2015 or 2016 you can brag that you were right.

But by then he will have ruined the country.
It has been almost one year since the inauguration and as yet there has not been one single court case that has actually gone to trial.
So maybe in two or three years you will find someone the courts consider to have standing, a judge that is willing to hear the case...and then the legal game begins.
There are probably a 1,000 ways to delay a case and if there are, I can assure you that every single one will be taken advantage of.
As a matter of fact, I agree that Obummer, the Marxist now posing as a Fascist, is very likely not qualified under the Constitution to be president but spending 5 to 10 years to prove it is not going to keep him from ruining the country.

I don't know if it's his decision or that of his employer, but the end result is the same - deafening silence...
To be fair to Beck, the reason he lost his temper and badmouthed the birthers was because they set up plan to have everyone phone in on the same day to his show and demand that he address the birther issue.
Unfortunately, Beck was talking about something else on his show, but this plan ensured that no one else could get through on the phone. It threatened to wreck his talk show. I happen to agree that Beck and Rush should be discussing this issue, but that ain’t the way to get them to do it.
Beck and Rush don’t need to say that Obama is an illegal immigrant, although he probably is. But they do need to report on the facts, and on the most basic fact of all: That Obama is, in complicity with the media, hiding ALL of his past records, and is refusing to provide a valid birth certificate to lay these doubts to rest.
Although blocking the phone lines was a poor tactic, I certainly agree that the birth issue is REAL and urgent. There is no longer any question about it. Obama is a fraud and a criminal conspirator, at the very least. Probably he is a Kenyan Communist Muslim with, currently, Indonesian citizenship. So I thoroughly enjoyed reading this letter—which I heartily agree with.
Beck made a big mistake insulting the Birthers, who happen to be his base. But they made a mistake provoking him like that. Maybe we can arrive at some sensible agreement here.

I think just the fact that 0bongos dad is Kenyan/British subject is enough to disqualify him from being natural born. But which judges care enough about the Constitution to ever rule on that the way it should be ruled? The same way Chester A Arthur was not natural born he had a British father and took great pains to hide it
Yes it is. That why the style of the writing lead me to believe Stephen Pidgeon was a psuedonymn under Savage.
The point is to get the facts to the public so they don’t re-elect this POS usurper. Get it? The courts may or may not move quickly on this. We simply don’t know.
If this issue is not explored in depth[as has been done on FR], there’s a good chance Ogabe will be re-elected in 2012. Thanks to fair-weather pusilanimous ‘conservatives’ like Glenn Beck.

Yeah, I kinda stopped reading when I hit that. It's a bad sign when an attorney is citing phantom evidence that isn't online, no one seems to have a copy of, no one can firmly state when it occurred, and Alan Keyes' own campaign has denied ever happened or existed.

They do care if they don't have a job, if their taxes go up, if they have a medical condition that Obummer, the Marxist now posing as a Fascist, will not allow their doctor to treat.
To win an election, you have to think about what the voters think are important.
If you took a poll asking the voters to rate the importance of Obummer's, the Marxist now posing as a Fascist, birth place and asked them to rate it in relation to jobs, the economy, national security, personal safety, their children's education, global warming, carbon tax, the federal reserve, gun rights, 1st Amendment....a list of 100, I will bet o’s birth place would be at the bottom of the list.
So putting it out there for the public to get all riled up about is chasing a rainbow.
The public does not give a damn.
Much more productive to elect a congress that will get serious about the things that voters are concerned about.

Exactly. An attorney who cites EVIDENCE THAT CANNOT BE PRODUCED is only in this for the publicity. He would have much better options chasing ambulances.
