Un-Constitutional.

I know, but this will be tied up in the courts for years.

On election day, instead of having a biggggg tea party in one location, we should organize and send a good-size contention to each, and every polling place.

A brilliant thought!

Scary, but it’s unlikely to get past almost any judge, even the lefty judges.

Since this is a center-right country, this is fraught with unintended consequences...for the LEFT.

They couldn’t even get Prop 8 passed in bluer than blue California.

I was going to say basically the same thing...these crooked techniques only work if the votes come down to a few thousand or hundred votes. You know they tried the same in New Jersey(governor’s race)...but once the vote spread starts to get beyond a few per centage points, these techniques won’t work without looking like massive tampering. The trick is to convince enough folks to vote for conservatives to overcome the vote tampering that you know is going to occur. The evil Libs can shave a few per centage points off but they don’t dare go beyond(yet any way) that. So a conservative has to get at least 5 percent extra beyond what he normally would have to get to ensure that he actually “wins”.

” It means all of the state laws on elections will be overridden by a federal mandate. “

Chucky “Seig Heil!” Schumer is looking for face time in front of the camera.

Can’t do it. Elections fall under the authority of the states. States can and will ignore the decree. Even if found legal, it would probably double the number of registered conservatives, while increasing liberal numbers by a few percentage points. Liberals are already voting at 110% of all registered voters. It’s a loser for the rats.

[The political process has become so bloated, so corrupted, so rapcious that it is simply beyond salvation.]

Not to mention the corrupt MSM propaganda machine.

I’m sorry. It was late when I typed that.

The Dems are going to keep CT anyway, I’m sure. Unless this health care bill breeds the devastation I think it is going to, and people are able to be made aware of it. (key words, as the press protects the Dems and their projects).

I know down here in FL the bill is going to make such a mess unless there is massive fraud there is no way they’ll win.

They slipped in a thing that if you only have five workers in a construction business you still have to provide full health insurance. It will destroy a great many businesses in my county, count on it.

I don't know about that. Blumenthal, the AG, has replaced Dodd already. Blumenthal was one of a bunch of Attorneys General that petitioned the Supreme Court to make carbon dioxide a pollutant, IIRC. EPA made its endangerment finding last month. They are going to court. Fraudulent data will be discovered in court. When? I don't know. But, then there's Climategate and another mean winter.

CT elected Lieberman as an independent because of jihadism.

Frances Fox Piven, woman in green sweater in about the center, behind Clinton.

Richard Clower, the older man in a gray suit to her left (as you face the picture, to the right.)

All of their articles, including the famous Cloward-Piven article "The Weight of the Poor: A Strategy to End Poverty" (May 2, 1966) are available on a searchable digital archive, but unfortunately, only to subscribers.

Where I live you get dropped from the voter rolls after missing 2 or 3 general elections.

It isn't a bad practice. Otherwise people who die, move away etc stay on the rolls. That's how a lot of vote fraud happens.

But getting dropped after missing 1 election is crazy.

I would agree with you as to the laying of the unremovable foundation. However, as to Dodd, Dorgan, etc. I believe they are not seeking re-election because they know they are beyond the vote stealing margin. I don’t think the strategy is to steal every vote, because that would be too difficult, but just enough to make a difference. If you can steal 3-5% in every election you’ll win almost every one of those. Dodd, Dorgan, etc. knew they were damaged goods but that a fresh ‘rat candidate could be within the vote stealing margin.

Getting everyone registered under this Universal Voter Registration is NOT getting everyone to vote.

Fraud at the polls is not how they do it. They register as many people as possible, and then if they need extra votes, they find ballot boxes all over the place. They use registered voters (who may be phony or illegal or dead) to get stacks and stacks of absentee ballots. They have people voting a 2nd or 3rd time using the registration of someone else, someone who they made up or who does not vote. They pull up to rec centers and gather the gangsters and bus them to vote. They walk through old folks homes and get alzheimer patients to sign blank ballots. They fill in ballots for illegals and immigrants who can't speak English. There are dozens of scams that they are expert at, and what used to be a local nuisance has become a nationwide problem of major proportions.

What good would poll watching do?

If this act becomes law, everyone is automaticly registered with no signature to be verified only have to show up and say you collect welfare, etc, etc, etc, and you get to vote!

The way it’s worded every prisoner in prison gets to vote.

I guess if your death certificate is on file at the County Recorders you get to vote!
