The U.S. Marshals Service is hunting for three men who escaped from a detention center in Ullin, Illinois.

I guess in the process of escaping they grabbed some weapons. Otherwise how would they be classified as “armed and dangerous”?

No, this isn’t the prison the Gitmo detainees were to be sent. That prison isn’t open, and is in Northwest Illinois.
Another reason to keep Gitmo.
