Don't forget how they managed to swipe a seat in Alaska. They railroaded Ted Stevens just before the election and now that he has been vindicated it is too late.

That is their plan. As soon as it was clear these bums were in trouble, the ‘Rats (probably the work of Rahm Emanuel behind the scenes, as usual) threw them overboard. You will note their replacement candidate in CT was at the podium announcing his run within a few hours of Dodd bowing out. Tell me that wasn’t planned well ahead of time! And of course now he is the favorite, leading any ‘Pub challengers by double digits. Look for more of that to come. Keep an eye on NV and Harry Reid next.

“Could the GOP seize the upper chamber? “

Would it matter in this two party fraud?

I think not.

They lose this election and everything they have worked so hard to steal is over. They will not allow that to happen without playing every dirty trick in the book. If you live in that Massachusetts volunteer as an election judge and learn the ways of vote fraud. If you are anything else send money and make calls for the phone bank. This is our last chance to stop them them short of violence. Act like your life and your children's life depend on it, because they do!

The law, unfortunately. A police officer or prosecuter has a very wide immunity from civil suits for official acts unless it can be shown that they acted with actual malice. Carelessness or being mistaken isn't enough. (Nifong and the Charlotte police acted with actual malice: they fabricated evidence, lied to judges and intimidated witnesses.) No governor is obligated to pardon anyone, nor is a prosecuter obliged to reopen old cases to exonerate anyone.

I prefer Tea to Kool-Aid

Just remember, as Mark Steyn put it, he has to win beyond the margin of Lawyer.

What I said about the prosecuters does not apply to real culprits, the “expert witnesses” who fabricated the “evidence”. (Actually, the real culprits were the jurors. I’d like to think I would have held out for aquittal. I remember at the time watching events on the local news that I found the whole thing dubious.)

The problem with “expert” witnesses is that they are allowed to express opinions, not just testify to matters of fact. In this case that privilege was sorely abused. It would be very difficult to “prove” with other experts that one set of experts should have interperted facts in a case twenty five years ago differently.

May I suggest that your campaign encourage those who donate to list their occupation as: UNEMPLOYED

If we are going to be forced to reveal our occupation, let them know our future occupation the way things are going.

Thank you and good luck,

George

His website has absolutely NO identification of him as a Republican. Isn’t he proud of his affiliation?

"The Dems. make this announcement after Obama returns from Hawaii. The Dems. are operating a Secret Society to pass the Healthcare bill. What is the big secret they do not want us to know? Why do they want to fool the public?"

It's the overthrowing of the old world order, where self determined nation-states look after their own welfare and live according to their beliefs. When you look at the big picture you can easily see that the Left and the 'moderates' are tirelessly trying to remake the world. America, you see, is the last great bastion of freedom and self determination, and she is still powerfull. It is this power, economic and military, that Obama and his ilk seek to weaken so the New World Order can unfold. Personally I think it's an anti Christian thing, and pure evil is at work behind the scenes.
