Either works if she is only 18 at the time of his birth.
Has nothing to do with being a birther. Has everything to do with being Southern. The fact that you made it a “southern” thing shows your bias and your ignorance. I don’t know if you are an elitist, stupid or just evil, but if you think other people are better than southerners simply because of archaic laws vs the “acceptable” practice of statutory rape in other places WITHOUT marriage then you are simply wrong.
Yes. I’m thinned skin. It would be sort of like me saying South Korea is a nation of pedophiles because the age of consent is 13. How thick is your skin...jerk.
“I have researched the issues carefully in order to try to separate fact from fiction. Obama does not have to have been born in a hospital in order to be a natural born citizen.”
You had to do research to figure that out? LOL!
“If Obama had been delivered by a midwife on a beach in Oahu, he would still be a citizen-at-birth.”
Which is the basis of why there can be doubt. The birth announcements could be connected to a birth ANYWHERE. It only required someone to register it. Thanks for proving my point.
“Furthermore since the passage of The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)a hospital would be in violation of federal law if it released any information on the birth of a child in that facility without the consent of the person who was allegedly born there.”
Which is why I mentioned that and said that the “historical” society would need to also ask Zero for permission to confirm with the hospital. Really. If you are going to do this you HAVE to pay attention.
“Thus far there have been more than 60 legal challenges to Obamas eligibility including six at the US Supreme Court. Obama has won in every one of those legal challenges including going 6 for 6 in rulings at the US Supreme Court.”
So, they all sued on the exact same basis? I didn’t think so.

You have been here long enough to know that when somebody butts in on another’s post it is a courtesy that also c.c. to the original receiver, sorry!!!
