Over the past year, Secret Service agents charged with protecting President Obama seem to have taken a keen interest in the Birther movement, the committed group of anti-Obama activists around the country who claim the president was born in Kenya, not Hawaii, and is thus ineligible to serve. The idea has been widely and repeatedly debunked (see FactCheck.org's thorough takedown here), but that hasn't stopped Birthers from doggedly making their case in American courtrooms, to US attorneys, and even to a rural county grand jury, in the hopes that a judge will rule in their favor and Obama might eventually be removed from office. Those efforts have failed spectacularly, but they seem to have succeeded in placing the Birthers on the radar of the Secret Service.

I’ve been using computers since 1983 and the internet since 1996. Some really weird stuff has been happening to me and my equipment over the past year since I have been following politics, writing letters, and posting to blogs. I have had both minor and serious disruptions in service. Like you and some others, I sometimes wonder if it is being intentionally inflicted upon me.
Now if I spent the time looking around that silly Sanger thread for your posts to ping you with, would that make you like me more??? No! I would just buy 100 more ping pongs with you on that dead subject.

True. Even Donna Brazile said during an NBC news talk show aways back that, “He’s African!” and no one nay-sayed her. In fact, all were quiet. Can’t find the link, but I saw it here on FR.
I feel we all know this man is a fraudulent and dubious POTUS, and we also know this congress will not investigate the matter. Why would they? They’re a totalitarian administration.
