I've an Idea, why don't we send these poor folks some books to burn to help keep them from freezing...

I've got a perfect title in mind:

Amazon has the paperback for 30 cents. I think a bundle of these would keep a nice cozy fire going for several hours!

The koran could be a handy little number, too. Along with Mein Kampf, Mao’s little red book and Marx’ Das Kapital. They’re kind of a set.

No way, Jose!

In the Ray Bradbury sci-fi classic FAHRENHEIT 451, the fascist firemen only burn capitalist literature such as Ayn Rand’s ATLAS SHRUGGED.

Given the energy policy of our country, we are headed for the same. Instead of cheap, plentiful energy, we are going green. But it will create millions of new jobs, I’m sure.

That works; along with the other book “Audacity of Hope” ghost-written for him by that rich kid, punk would be revolutionary Bill Ayres.

"You really do know how to steal thunder."

If I could find away to get a large box of Gore's books without him getting any cash for them I would video tape me boxing 'em up and addressing the package to the United Kingdom Ministry of Energy to be distributed to the UK Seniors to keep warm. Then I would upload the video to youtube!
