An attorney who has been involved in several high-profile cases alleging that Barack Obama isn't qualified to be president because he is not a "natural born citizen" as demanded by the Constitution now is asking a California judge in investigate possible fraud against the court.
Orly Taitz, who has, among other cases, one pending at the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of a member of the military wondering whether orders from Obama as commander-in-chief are valid, said the possibility of fraud is one of several concerns in the case.
"There is such a high probability of criminal acts of identity theft and Social Security fraud committed by the respondent that the undersigned requests this honorable court to use its inherent powers to order Sua Sponte an evidentiary hearing on this particular issue for possible criminal prosecution," she wrote in her latest arguments that also request the case be moved to Washington, D.C.
She noted the respondent, Obama, "has submitted himself to the jurisdiction of this honorable court and can be brought to a separate evidentiary hearing to ascertain if fraud was perpetrated upon the court by assertion of false identity, even if the underlying case is not heard or closed for one reason or another."

She will still be enjoying the millions she will have made on this case and as a lawyer, she will move on. Lawyers have that ability … to just move on.
Well, at least she’s trying to do something; and I’ll give her this: there’s a _LOT_ about Obama that just doesn’t ‘smell right.’ Certainly some of that is due the opaqueness and ‘closedness’ of his records; I myself have had to produce more records for review for enlistment then it seems he has had to obtain the presidency (and my reviewers can be easily tracked with my old enlistment contract) whereas those certifying Obama merely say “he’s certified” and don’t put their money where their mouth is, so to speak, and sign their names to that.
IOW, it’s like the rail-union rep in Atlas Shrugged who tries to get a stranglehold over both Ms Taggart & her employees by forbidding any of them to operate on her newly-constructed John Galt line. {When she offers to draw up a contract binding the union to NEVER operating on the line he backs down.} We have the same thing: everyone says “oh he’s qualified” about Obama, but it seems that nobody’s willing to sign [in blood] on the dotted line.

Any dead fish can float downstream. Dr. Taitz (using her own money and donations) is very courageous to pursue the truth against the DOJ (using taxpayer money) and the Democrats who qualified Obama even though they knew he was not eligible. Why do you think he refuses to release all his records and pays $2 mil to keep them that way?

I wonder if Orly’s new associate helped her come up with this. Not being a lawyer I have no idea whether Judge Carter even has any plenary power to reopen this case, which seems to have been closed with prejudice, pending appeal.
