A year after Obama and Romer's so-called recovery plan, 3 million jobs lost and 10% unemployment is where the US currently stands. If your name is Barack Hussein Obama and one of your economic advisers' is Christina Romer, you have nothing to be proud of at all. In fact, you may well consider kicking yourself immediately.

The date: January 9, 2009. The insanely optimistic report: The Job Impact of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan. The author: Christina Romer. The president on whom this reflects: Barack Obama. Today is the dreaded, one-year anniversary of a now-most infamous report, The Job Impact of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Plan. If the out-and-out lies contained therein wouldn't be so disgusting, it may even well be funny, or at least pathetic in the most fundamental sense.

Romer gives me the creeps. They own the economy now, and I am tired of the “Bush-did-it, we-pulled-the-economy-back-from-the-cliff” mantra. Good grief, they will probably still be trying to pull that crap by 2012, it’s just a given they’ll use it in this year’s election.

Yes, they’re selling that tripe, but no one’s buying except the hardest of the hard-core libtards. It will be just a part of their undoing.

It's down right amazing to me reading other blogs how liberals continue to blame George W. Bush for the failing economy. As time goes by and things worsen the voices on the left get louder and louder in their consternation of the prior administration. However, with each passing day it becomes less and less believable. This tactic is meant to deflect criticism of the epic failure of the man child's Keynesian economic policies. I'm in complete agreement that at this point they are only preaching to the choir. People elected Obama to “change” Washington. By most accounts he's done a stand up job in that regard. The problem is that he's changed it dramatically for the worse!

Correction, the real unemployment number is 10.4% when it includes folks that have stopped looking for work!!! I know this statement is radical, but Barack Hussein Obama purposely wants to destroy the private sector, and let the terrorists have open season on America and Americans. Everything he has done to undo the GW Bush terrorist protection policies and actions has dramatically enticed the Muslim terrorist groups to attempt attacks on America and Americans both domestically and in foriegn countries. Wake up, America. This POTUS Obama and his wife Michelle have no use for America!!! The sooner you realize this the better off you will be!!!!

U-6 Total unemployed, plus all marginally attached workers, plus total employed part time economic reasons, as a percent of the civilian labor force plus all marginally attached workers..

Dec 2009: 17.3%

Why are we not using this figure?? If GOP was in W.H. the DEMS would be on this 24/7!

Obama’s Weekly Radio Address 02 21 09

THE PRESIDENT: “Earlier this week, I signed into law the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act — the most sweeping economic recovery plan in history.

Because of this plan, 3.5 million Americans will now go to work doing the work that America needs done.”

The most sweeping? Only off by about 6.5 million jobs, Einstein...

Who would have thought that a community organizer enthralled with Marxism and who has leeched off the federal government his whole life wouldn’t be able to create jobs in the private sector...
