Pastor James David Manning, one of President Obama’s most vocal and outspoken critics, has just released a video yesterday in which he is charging Columbia University with treason and is taking them to court. Pastor Manning alleges that Obama never went to the school and that he actually bought the degree. Pastor Manning states that Obama was instead in Afghanistan during the period of time from 1981 to 1983, working for Al Qaeda, when Obama was supposedly attending Columbia.
Most of what we know about Barack Obama comes from Chicago corruption trial transcripts, Illinois records such as the IL bar, internet data that has not yet been scrubbed and his autobiography, Dream of My Father. But, Obama has kept hidden most of the records of his life. As noted by websites like World Net Daily, other documentation not yet available includes Obama's kindergarten records, Punahou school records, Occidental College records, Columbia University records, Columbia thesis, Harvard Law School records, Harvard Law Review articles, scholarly articles from the University of Chicago, passport, medical records, files from his years as an Illinois state senator, his Illinois State Bar Association records, any baptism records, his adoption records and ,of course, his Birth Certificate.
Obama certainly has some connection to Columbia University. Obama was given a diploma and grades from Columbia sufficient to allow him to enter Harvard. However, since Obama has employed many private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records, we have no proof of his grades or even his attendance and graduation. In Fact, Fox News contacted 400 Columbia University students, back in 2008, from the period when Obama claims to have been there, but none remembered him.
Wayne Allyn Root,a former presidential candidate, was, like Obama, a political science major at Columbia who also graduated in 1983. In 2008, Root says of Obama, “I don’t know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know me. I don’t have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia . Ever! Nobody recalls him. I’m not exaggerating, I’m not kidding.”
Obama’s photograph does not appear in the school’s yearbook and Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia, provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or friends while at Columbia.
So then, What do we know of Obama being enrolled in, graduating from or otherwise being associated with Columbia University? Hardly nothing!
Pastor Dr. James Manning of Atlah Ministries in Harlem, New York City further states that Columbia University is helping to cover-up the lies for Obama and thus he has sued them and taken them to court.

Christ, not this again. There was never any travel ban to Pakistan. Not in the 1980s. Not ever. There was a State Department advisory at that time. What the advisory said was that you could get a tourist visa when you got to the airport in Karachi, but that if you were going to cross the border from India you had to get one beforehand, because they didn't give them out at the crossing. That was the extent of the State Department's travel advisory. It's also worth noting that at the same time this alleged travel ban was in place, Ronald Reagan was sending billions in military and economic aid to the Pakistani goverment.

Some police officers in Dekalb, Georgia checked out Obama's online records and received a nasty little visit from the Schutzstaffel, err, Secret Service over it.

Gee, according to Obama's books, school was the time for loud music, cigarettes in the carpet and "drinking beer heavily." Perhaps even sniffing some "blow."
This Boerner drone talks about Obama as if he is Jesus reading the school books with great care.

Manning sounds nutty, but the article you linked to doesn’t disprove what he alleges.
Boerner says they only roomed together one semester. The one bylined article wasn’t published until 1983. The Wiki link you posted speaks of him as having “few friends.”
Obama’s whereabouts from 1981 to 1983 remain very much in question.

I don’t think you can have a more specific eye-witness account than post 18 above.
From what I’ve read, students could go to the “other” Columbia for less academically superior students, and work could be done elsehwere, even in foreign countries, and count towards credits or whatever. Maybe someone with a better memory or links will chime in.
I read the article and he says nothing about going to classes with 0bama. Bascially he was one of the room mates along with the Pakistani drug dealer whose photo is cropped off in the article; the one sitting snuggled together with 0bama, holding hands. Too bad that is cropped off.
Boerner references Obama as if he were the the quite little schoolboy studiously tending to his books, erstwhile Obama's very own "biographies" reference the following:

I presume that’d be like Harvard’s Extension School—generally open enrollment night school and summer school classes. They give regular Harvard credit and have their own, kind of BS-y, degrees. Some lesser colleges have similar programs as well.
I’m sorry, but Mannings is seriously unhinged. Al Qaeda didn’t exist in the early 1980’s and its forebearer—”Arab Afghans” in the Saudi financed Islamist resistance to the Soviet occupation of Afghanistan was de facto allied with the United States at the time.
Obama’s hiding behand FERPA and refusing to release his Columbia transcript either because it proves he got admission and financial aid on the basis of claiming Indonesian or Kenyan nationality or because he got lousy grades because he spent too much time hanging out with left-over ‘60’s radicals.
Given Obama's quotes about drugs, booze and school, I hardly think Boerner's tales about sleeping bags and school books is the Lord's truth.
A Mr Boerner, now a successful member of society, has some photographs which purport to be Barack Obama in a students apartment in the area. Barrack poses with Siddique, a former Occidental Colllege friend. It ties in with less than comfortable surroundings. Still really no proof of where it was. Register entries have been provided which show Barack at a New York address- a students crash pad or such. These surroundings are mentioned by Barack Obama recalling his stay initially at Columbia. He seems to be saying- and I stand corrected, that it was a semester only, that he chummed with Barack.
The now defunct campus newspaper was the Sundial. A reproduction of it is on the internet. Dated March 10th 1983, it is titled: "Breaking The War Mentality" by Barack Obama.
Persons have questioned the sudden recollection by Mr Boerner and indeed a professor, a Michael Wolf, of MTV about Barack being at Columbia. They ask "how is it that they were silent during the election campaign"?
What is likely are the more vital questions, is the detailed information as to registration and dates of attendance at the University. How did the President get the high honors and so on?.
In Afghanistan, it was the Mujahideen, who would have been active during the time the Reverend Manning, mentions the Al Queda. Still a like organization. All this raises more questions.
