Pakistani press said Norway punctured the atmosphere with høyenergistråle. – Ren konspirasjon, sier norsk forsker. - Pure conspiracy, say Norwegian researchers. The Pakistani news site Pakistan Daily can report that a høyenergistråle sent out from a research station on Ramfjordmoen have punctured the so-called thermosphere, and that this is the reason why parts of the world are now experiencing severe cold and large amounts of snow. The website writes that the U.S. is behind a project called HAARP - High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, and that høyenergistrålen is sent out from a radar station in Norway. The report on the heat leak caused by the radar station near Tromso in Norway allegedly reached Pakistan via Russia - where Prime Minister Vladimir Putin should have been informed about the inconvenience of researchers, again according to the Pakistan Daily. Attack on God's celestial The site reports that høyenergistrålen sent out from Ramfjordmoen has resulted in a catastrophic puncture of our planet's thermosphere. It is an attack on GOD's heaven. Therefore, Norway will have - and the United States, which is behind this alleged outrageous weapons experiment, responsible for ensuring that the West is now destroying the climate on Earth. The Russians, especially, are hypocrites in this. They have, or at least had, ionospheric heaters that make the Manhattan Project look like a pocket flashlight.
The U.S. has a moderate power, large aperture radar in Northern Norway (AN/FPS-129, nominally operated by Norway) that keeps and eye on Russian missile launches and objects in deep space. There are a lot of more powerful radars, not the least of which are Haystack and FPS-85 or SpaceFence. The U.S. did have some experimental ionospheric heaters during the cold war, but I don't think there been much interest in them in decades.

“The HAARP facility, currently under development in Alaska, is the outgrowth of more than 30 years of ionosheric heating research. A wealth of experimental studies conducted at ionospheric heating installations, such as the ones in Arecibo, Puerto Rica, Tromso, Norway, Fairbanks, Alaska, and several installations in the former USSR brought the understanding of the physics and the phenomenology of the HF-ionosphere interactions to a new plateau.
