New FReepers need to ENABLE their states in their profiles or they won’t see the state message pings. How many don’t know?
If you click on “Account” at the top of the page, it will take you to some choices. One will be “My Locale”. The list of states is there. They can read their state daily without having to sign up.

I raise my hand. I didn’t know until I read this thread and I even searched for state groups. Thanks for the heads up. I’m now in my state group.

It's been a huge day - we just completed our "Defeat Harry Reid" news conference in Reno where we had an overflow crowd. We'll have more reports and pictures from today's event out later this evening. All the local media outlets came to the news conference. Even CNN, Fox News and Congressional Quarterly are running national media stories on this effort.
At the same time we're also working on our new television ad endorsing Scott Brown for Senate in Massachusetts.
We will have the ads completed by Wednesday and then up on the airwaves.

A new poll out tonight shows Republican Scott Brown has narrowly pulled ahead of his liberal Democrat opponent, Martha Coakley, in the race for Senate in Massachusetts.
The race is now just a one-point contest, where Scott Brown leads Martha Coakley by a margin of 48%-47%.

We need for some of the freepers on the state boards to start state threads on the forum as well. The sooner the better.
Then we can link them on an index page and get the research going. Every national candidate from every state. One stop shopping.
