FReepers have produced no evidence that I have seen that Lucas Smith is a scammer. Allegations are not evidence.
WND’s attempt to debunk Smith's BC on numerous points was easily debunked on every point by me and other FReepers.
The Smith BC has been validated on numerous points such as the name of the hospital, name of the province and whether the signing doctor practiced there and the dual date formats used in Kenya that Obots attempted to scrub from Wiki.
Smith cannot be faulted for “failing to authenticate” the BC because under the FRE, only Kenyan authorities can do that and they have no credibility due to corruption and family/tribal (Luo) ties to Obama.
On Youtube Smith reports that yesterday he testified against Orly in a case involving Charles Lincoln exposing himself to perjury charges if he is lying, just as he did with his affidavit including the BC to Judge Carter:
“Today I was in federal court for several hours. Rivernider vs US Bank. I testified against Orly Taitz. Orly Taitz was present as well and also testified.
“In court today I watched as Orly Taitz told lie after lie while under oath on the witness stand.”

I've been giving you some pretty darned straight answers, but you don't want to listen to them, it seems...

You're saying that the parents' citizenship affects the Constitutional status of a candidate (in terms of being "natural born").
And what I've pointed out is that many other conservatives and in the general public and legal scholars and pundits -- don't agree with you (although you do have some who do agree with you).
The main point here is that it's not a settled issue as to whether the parents' citizenship affects the Constitutional status of being "natural born" at all.
And for that -- you go to the Supreme Court, and if they do accept the case (whenever it ends up being brought up, which it's not at this time) -- then they may (or may not) give a decision and settle the issue for you and others who disagree with you.
SO..., that's what you've been saying is relevant. Now, there are others who say that where Obama was born is relevant, and for that, you go to the State of Hawaii and they'll let you know (the State of Hawaii has the birth records and they print up any requested "certified copies" that are needed).
And furthermore, there are others who want to aactually "see" the birth certificate -- and for that you go to your own state legislature and get a law passed that requires all candidates to produce a birth certificate or else they cannot be on the ballot. And that solves that one.
NOW..., having said all that -- what is not plain and not straightforward about what I just said?
This is a total soap-opera going on here and it would put to shame even the best of soap operas that they've got going on these days... LOL...
AND..., it's also very apparent that we've got FReepers on this board who are "all over the place" on this issue too -- not only the issue of Lucas Smith, but the issue of Orly Taitz and the issue of Obama's birthplace and the issue of Obama being a natural born citizen...
It's totally unbelievable and that's probably why most want to stay as far away from this as possible... and who can blame them?
It really is unbelievable to see the range and gamut of the responses from different FReepers, each on another's case about what's going on with Obama, some for Taitz, other against, some saying Smith is a scammer, others saying he's a good guy and so on and so forth... amazing!

The name calling is just so uneccesary. IF you don’t like Star Travelers posts ignore him. But he does bring a relevant issue that prevention takes some proactive action. Such as requiring proof of bonafides at the state AG level.
Besides it doesn’t advance your point when you stoop to name calling or claiming someone has a drug problem.
Star Traveler isn’t going to give you what you want, at this point, which is some sort of melee.

I can't believe that anyone would take literally what was said at the Al Smith Dinner. It is meant to be a stand-up comedy routine by the candidates.
Obama did refer to himself as "Steve" during this event. It happens in Part 2 at about 1:30 in. Obama refers to his middle name (not first name) as actually being "Steve."

An MD made the NBC statement, not a staff attorney, and a staff attorney cannot decide for the Supreme Court of the US what is and isn't a Natural Born Citizen when at the least Obama's father was not an American Citizen. You fool no one but yourself.
So tell me why won't Hawaii tell the world the difference between a COLB marked "date filed by Registrar" and one marked "date accepted by State Registrar"? What are they hiding, or are they too stupid or uninformed to know themselves?

It's super simple because it is. Most things are and/or can be boiled down to that point...
With this issue (as framed by many here...) it just comes down to these two things...
With "Birthplace" you get that from the State of Hawaii, according to their statement. Or if you don't like that, then you get a state law requiring it for candidates. That's all there is to it.
With "Citizenship of Parents" you have to get a Supreme Court decision for the relevance on "natural born" -- if you want to settle it.
And with those two things -- that's all she wrote... end of story...

If Obama lied about his name and where he is born, then he lied about his birthdate also. I think Obama is at least year older and the way he looks possibly born as far back as '58. It's hard to tell with his drug and alcohol use and smoking which ages skin quickly.
The birthdate gives Okubo a reason to not hand over what they do have.
Do we not have any freepers in Hawaii that go to records and checkout records microfiche?
I am not sure this is the smoking gun, but if true then is embarrassing. He lied and covered it up like a con artist would do.

Well, I am not so sure this is a confirmation of the Steve Dunham thing. ONLY because it is not specific to that. What you CAN say is that it took months for Okubo to respond to a request which resulted in a ‘we don’t have it’ response. That could be for several reasons we are not privy to. Paper records located elsewhere for example. I hesitate to jump to conclusions like this. It looks weird, you bet, but that does not mean that there is no reasonable explanation. Only that we don’t have one from Hawaii and Okubo.
But it sure does smell funny...
