Now we need to REPEAL all Special Favors and Special Tax Breaks Hollywood receives. Performing Artists(Anyone involved in Film production) get special TAX TREATMENT in CA and it need to be abolished for it is a defacto TITLE OF NOBILITY.

They can pass it but it doesn’t mean it is legal. North Carolina made us pay taxes on our stocks until the NC Supreme Ct struck it down.
Yeah, I’m with you - I doubt that it’s legal, or Constitutional,
but they’re gonna try it, and they’ll try to blazen it out, regardless of the outrage or protests,
just like they’re doing with the whole bill.
We’re going to have to do something pretty harsh to correct this situation if 2010 doesn’t work out.
The execs with Cadillac plans will just form a union.
