Three people have been arrested in connection with a Wilmington liquor store robbery on November 17th that left a four suspect dead.
The 55 year old clerk inside Favor's Liquor store on North Walnut Street opened fire and killed 20 year old Kendel Miller.
The other three robbers took off but a follow up investigation identified all three. 20 year old Bernard Goodwyn and 20 year old Orlando Osario of Wilmington, and 20 year old Datwan Lum of Newark were arrested Thursday. Each is charged with robbery, conspiracy and weapons posession. They're behind bars in lieu of 110 thousand dollars apiece.

You’ve got lotsa great news today. Dead hoodlums from gunshot wounds always brightens my day.
Datwan.
55 is NOT “an old man”!;)
I wish all the States had a law on the books making turds like these eligible for an accomplice to murder charge.
Alabama has the "fatality during commission of a felony" law - if your accomplice dies you're charged with murder.
However, I do think good citizens should be paid a bounty for each sack of trash they take out.
I resemble that remark!

Alabama always had a way with words, too many.
It’s simply called “The felony murder rule”. If anyone is killed during the commission of a felony, all can be charged with first degree murder.
Charge the bastards and lock them away for 20.
Thanks for the correction - the way I stated it didn’t sound right to me.
