I know. I’m an engineer. You can get rebounding when you excavate in expansive soils. Once you remove a large depth of overburden compressing clay, the soil can expand or heave.
I wonder what this buffoon's area of expertise is. It appears to me as though he has spent most of his adult life parroting words/lines that someone with with intelligence have written for him.
“I’m an engineer.” I gathered that - the idea of “rebound” is not a common one. I knew a now-deceased geologist that would argue years ago about the idea that “sea levels were lowering”. (Seattle Area). He kept arguing that the “ground is going up, not the water going down”. He was finally vindicated.

Its all relative.
My first child was born in 1987, which rendered much of current pop culture from that point onward vacuous, superficial, addicted to shock value and basically counter to much of what I believe is important. Although, the movement in that diseased direction started in my opinion, long before that, somewhere in the mid-1960’s.
Babies have grown up and had babies in that time!
I was a sophomore in High School when that movie came out, and now I am almost 40!
That was before everyone knew Mel Gibson was a nut! Now it seems Danny Glover is going for the title of “biggest douche to star in Lethal Weapon”.
